Good value for money
"Stayed here in May, would class it more as apartments more than a hotel really, as no restaurant. No problems with the gates whilst I was there and they did have vending machines.
Good location for Disney & Val'd Europe, but we did have a car. Felt that it was a bit remote!
Room was clean and bins emptied daily, although there was a strange smell in the room.
All in all was good for the money, we weren't there for a luxourious holiday!"

Nice hotel, bad staff
"We stayed for a long weekend in February so we was expecting the hotel to be deserted, which it was. When we arrived we couldnt get into the car park because the staff have to open the gate and there was no one there, waited 15mins before I started beeping my horn.
Once in reception the lady behind the counter didnt say 1 word to us. She signed us in, gave us the key and turned back around to carry on watching the tv they had round the back. We were not too bothered so we went to our room. The room was basic but clean and tidy, a couple of light bulbs were not working. Horrible sofa bed!
The hotel is in a good location close to disney, if you have a car. It did seem as if the hotel was placed on an industrial park and there were a group of traverlers just down the road making loads of mess. That did make me feel a bit insecure.
Every time we returned to the hotel it took at least 15mins everytime to get into the car park because they would not open the gate. On entering the reception the receptionist would give us a dirty look like we just woke her up! Its a shame because this hotel has the potential to be very good but there are a just a couple of things that let it down.
Overall the hotel was good, very clean and at a great price its hard to complain. Not sure if I would use it again though, just because of the car park entrance. Over the 3nights we were there I spent over 2hours waiting outside in the car."

Bit too far from Eurodisney
"Very clean aparthotel. Good facilities in the apartment if you have a car, are planning to cook and use it as a base.
We stayed there for New Year's Eve and were disappointed at the distance of the hotel from Eurodisney - we didn't have a car and taxis were hard to come by given the time of year. We ended up walking and getting soaked. The walk to Eurodisney was through industrial parks/fields - there weren't any walkways/pavements and it was really dark so not at all ideal.
When we felt like a snack/drink there were no shops nearby and no vending machines in the hotel. There was no bar etc either.
So, overall, if you are looking for somewhere clean, good value, and have a car, this hotel is for you...
If you don't have a car, i'd suggest staying a stop or two down the metro line from Eurodisney and hopping on the metro for your days out there."

"The accomodation was spacious and it was close to Val D'Europe, about a 25 min walk. and was a train ride to Disney. But we were greeted by a few problems!!
At the reception on booking in no one could speak english. The rooms were not serviced everyday( rubbish not removed from the room) and on enquiring about this ,was told by the only english speaking person, that the rooms were not serviced everyday and that we had to remove our own rubbish. The broucher said that there was International TV available, but this is not correct, we were informed that it was "caput". The laundry was out of action for the week we were there. I would also suggest that you take your own bottle opener as there is not one available in the room. The nearest shop is at Val D'Europe and the last bus leaves there at 8 0 clock pm for Res Du Parc. The bus stop is just around the corner to the left of the residence and is very frequent. There is no bus service on Sunday's."

I would give this hotel a thumbs up but a little frustrating
"Booked this hotel purely for its location as Disneyland is really just down the road and Val D'Europe the massive shopping centre is also close by.
The hotel is very modern but lacks character. The rooms are clean and modern with a nice kitchenette and bathroom. The bedrooms are also good. If you are staying with kids you will get a bed plus a sofa bed for the kids which is great. The bed is quite comfortable but my parents who were staying in the smaller room only had the sofa bed which they told me was awful to sleep on. The pool was out of action which was annoying as the kids would have loved to have a swim. The tv in the room only had 6 channels all in French.
The staff were ok, they all speak very little english so a litte french is useful. We were ripped off with our first taxi to disney as reception booked it and when we got to the park we were charged 25 euros. Taxi's cost and remember this 12 euros....make sure we ask for one on the meter.
One of the bulbs went in the bathroom and I reported it in the morning...when I got back in the evening nothing was done the lady said that the people who do the repairs were on a days holiday. I ended up changing it myself after asking for a bulb.
There is nothing to do in reception so if you havent got a car like we didnt, make sure you arrive with food etc to stock up your fridge/cupboards. Also avold the breakfast, my wife and kids had the breakfast and all it was, was a baguette, pain au chocolates and a coffee machine...for 7euros...dont bother buy your own in.
All in all its a great low cost way to be close to Disney."

"Stayed here for 3 nights over Easter. Really near to Disney at night you could see the castle lit up from the hotel. Very clean and rooms were big. Staff were friendly. I would use again."

Value for money!
"We've just spent one night at this apartment complex and it's truly a great place to stay if you want to save a bit of money from the expensive Disneyland hotels. We paid £42 (tax included) per room compared to £338 per room we would have paid if we had stayed at one of the disneyland hotels. It's about 7km (10 minutes) away from Disneyland and about 2km for the Val d'Europe shopping centre. We recommend visiting this shopping centre, it's absoulting fantastic. It's ideal to have a car, like we did as there are not many places you could walk to from the hotel. The accommodation itself was wonderful, the studio was a little on the compact side, but very clean and new. There was clean towels, pots and pans, cultery, dishes and clean bedding. Only thing i would say is to bring your own soap and shampoo as it is not provided. The bedroom itself had a sofa bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV, desk and chair and telephone. However one of the TV's didn't work in one of our rooms, but it wasn't a problem as we stayed for only one night. The matress was quite firm, but we believe this was becuase the sofa bed was very new. The room has a nice size bathroom, and a small kitchen, with a fridge, microwave and electric hob. Everything looked really new. Breakfast is not included in the price but is avaliable for 7euros and 4 euros for children. Overall we would really recommend this place, great value for money."

Great place to stay for 5 people
"My family and I have just spent 5 nights at this accomodation. We found the apartment to be extremely clean and towels were changed every day. The staff were extremely helpful and were in no way rude as has been described in the review I have read. The apartments are very close to the Disney resort and if like us you do not hire a car, it will cost about â¬10 in a taxi to get to Disneyland. The staff at the apartments were more than happy to order these for us and also give information about taking the train into Paris.
As a family of 5 we found the accomodation to provide extremely good value as we were all able to stay in our 2 bed apartment with a sofa bed in the lounge, without having to take out 2 rooms and then have to pay under occupancy supplements as would normally be the case.
I would not hesitate to recommend to others."

Don't go there!
1. Location - 5 mins from Disney by car.
2. Quite cheap (BUT still not worth it at about â¬100 per night).
1. Pool out of action until May
2. When we arrived there was no bedding, no pillows, and no towels.
3. "Buffet breakfast" is, in fact, a limited breakfast served to you and consists of a third of a bagette, a croissant, a small glass of very diluted juice, a pot of yoghurt and a coffee from a machine. No cereals, no fruit. And definitely NOT a buffet!
4. They "ran out" of butter and yoghurt on our second day.
5. Scruffy and rude staff (with the exception of one lady at the front desk, but she was only there for a short time). No apologies at all for the lack of facilities/bedding/towels.
6. The carpark can only be accessed via a security gate (good), BUT only the staff can open and close it meaning you have a farcical situation where you sit outside in your car waiting for them to notice you (or you have to beep your horn at midnight annoying all the other residents).
7. The lights in our room didn't work - the "helpful" staff told us to reset the fuse box ourselves. Not only dangerous but rude. We still had problems with electricity (one lamp NEVER worked).
8. Overall, this place feels like it was built hastily bu cheap labourers. There were wires visible in the ceiling, there was no signage anywhere to tell you to find your room, the breakfast room or any of the other facilities.
With all the other hotels available in this area, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere unless, like us, you were too late to book anything else."
