Nice Hotel shame about the Transfers
"This hotel offers spacious , clean rooms . The problem with this hotel are: 1) Hotel transfers only run a few times in the morning and then in the evening - this can mean early starts and rushing in the evening to catch the last one at 9.50.As this transfer is shared with the Marriott Hotel ,the morning transfers can can be very long . On one occasion the bus driver left a fully packed bus and was was found sitting in the Marriott having a rest. .Taxi's cost 12 to 15 euros and takes approx 10 mins 2) Get there for breakfast early , food does not seems to be replenished - plenty of variety though. 20 euros for adult and 10 euro On the whole even with the above points , the hotel is a recommended stay"

Stay here is you have a car and do not expect anything from hotel staff
"We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Hotel is beautiful, new, clean, spacious, with nice décor and lighting â very comfortable. We usually do not ask much from hotel staff, so service is not a big issue for us. But here, lack of service and management was so obvious. First, I called hotel to let them know we will be arriving later in the evening â around 8:30pm, and person answering the phone had to put me 2 times on hold in order to find out if that is OK, could not find my name in the system etc. Then we arrived at hotel and after smooth checking in, the receptionist passed the keys to me and that was it. I asked him if somebody could help us with the luggage, he sad not really. Only if we are ready to wait for long time, then âmaybe- somebody can get to it. We took our own luggage, and found the way to our room. Room was nice, clean. Then later on (around 9:30pm) I went downstairs to get some information about Disneyland, they told me they have no information and that is something I would have to ask concierge , but he is not there, he works from 8am-8pm. In the morning I went downstairs again to find concierge, but I could not find him. I inquired at reception desk about him, and they told me he is busy helping with the luggage, thatâs why he is not there. So we went to Disneyland, without being able to obtain any information from hotel staff. Then in the evening, we ordered soup and hamburger with French fries from room service. 3 additional calls and 60 minutes later, our food have arrived, soup and French fries being cold!! From that point on we decided, no contact with hotel staff â and we had a great stay. There is a great shopping mall just 2 km from hotel, with great grocery store (opened till 10pm), all shops opened till 9pm, and restaurants opened till midnight. We had our breakfast and dinner in the shopping mall restaurants, for much less money then in hotel. Oh, and I would not recommend eating in Disneyland. Food is bad, and so crowded you need to wait forever for anything you want to by â even scoop of ice cream. Hotel is 2-3 km from Disneyland, has a small playroom for kids, swimming pool, no playground. They have buffet breakfast for 20Euro adults, and 10Euros kids, and also buffet dinner 35Euro adults, and 17.50 Euro kids. I would definitely go there again if with car, and if not expecting much of a service."

Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Disney
"Have stayed in both the Sequoia Lodge (which was very good) and then the Disneyland Hotel itself, and have to say that the latter is absolutely amazing. Stayed with my husband, son six and daughter two, in a standard room and every single thing, from the minute the bus stops outside makes the place worth every penny - ever though it is expensive. Dying to know if next time the Castle Club option would be worth it????? Am now planning our next trip for this summer and can't wait."

Loved it! Not far from the parks at all!!
"We have just returned from 3 nights in the Radisson SAS Disneyland and had a fantastic time..already planning our return trip!! We originally booked this hotel because it was such good value especially for a 4/5* hotel..after reading previous reviews I really wasnt expecting an awful lot. I am a travel agent and had booked this for me and my boyfriend....so i didnt mind it being far from disney as previous reports had said! however when his auntie, uncle and 2 young cousins decided to come with us then i was worried as i had recomended it! However I really shouldnt have worried! The shuttle bus took under 5 mins, was always dead on time and was no problem at all...now they do only run every hour or so but that isn't a problem it just means you have to plan your time..people who found the shuttle a problem obviously just couldnt be bothered to xxxx get to it! We didnt have to get a taxi once in the 3 days we were there! Always close to the Outlet shopping centre which is definately worth a visit! The hotel was fantastic! Rooms were huge, cleaned and new towels every day n wonderful huge bathroom! Again I have to disagree with previous reports about the breakfast...They were fantastic and was always well stocked up and lots to suit every1 even stuff to make up a traditional english breakfast even though we seemed to be the only english people there...bacon eggs sausages toast rolls jams marmalades salmon...hams..cereals..yogurts.. fresh fruits..the list goes on you really did want for nothing! The hotel was a bit on the expensive side for food and drinks...so try to avoid eating and drinking in the hotel..The Spa and the pool is fantastic especially after a hard day at the parks! and is open till 11 at night so you have the opportunity to make the most of it! Seen a few of the disney hotels while i was away and to be honest i would definately recommend the Radisson over these especially the Sante Fe! However we did have to bear in mind that we were not there over a school holiday or a weeked so maybe the shuttle might have been more of an inconvinience but definately woudnt take away enjoyment of the holiday! Would recommend this hotel to my customers and definately going back again in the near future!# Hotel..Fantasti...Location Fantasic..Rooms Fantastic..Food Fantastic! nb dont eat at the hard rock cafe in disney Village"

"Fantastic stay in the radisson sas euro disney Paris! Myself and my boyfriend enjoyed this stay away immensly, initially i booked the hotel because i am an employee of the radisson group but it was outstanding! We were so pleased The hotel was fabulous, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed from a comfy bed to minibar to a bathroom to die for!!!! The location of the hotel was great not too far away at all as some people were claiming! shutles were frequent more so in the morning then the evening but a taxi was a mere 7 to 10 euro which was not going to break the bank! This hotel was ideal for us but would be more suited to couples then famlies as it isnt a hotel that children really would have fitted it in! The welness centre was a gift , we were thrilled with this faclity for the guests which had fantastic opening hours.. for use of pool, and gym, also treatment rooms were availble! The food in the hotel was not anything to boast about , bit overpriced for what you got , but that was the only downfall, so it can be forgiven! A very expensive city , food was very overpriced every where you went , but then again it is paris!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff were very polite and helpful when we requested anything from them also checking in and out of the hotel was a dream a mere 5 minutes! Accesss to the hotel from the Charles De Gauille airport couldnt have been better the train station is located on the ground level of the airport and the trains are very frequent , and also within 10 minutes train ride of eurodisney park , coldnt be any easier! Overall a fantastic hotel and trip away!"

Really enjoyed our stay
"Stay in the Radisson Hotel at the end of nov last year and despite the other reviews I did not find it a trek to get to disney land the shuttle runs frequently until bout half 11 and yes after that there is longer gaps and then after 3pm it begins to run frequently again. Food wasnt nice at all and i suggest going early for breakfast!!!!! AND DONT ORDER ROOM SERVICE! Order a pizza on first nice and it was a disgusting, leathery and had been sitting in a freezer for months and got charged â¬12.50 to eat it...Pool, sauna and steam room open till 11pm which was great. If your lookinfg for a disney themed hotel this is not one though but all in all had a great stay."

Nice hotel, far from Disneyland
"We booked this hotel because the Disneyland hotel was all booked up and we wanted to take our son for his birthday. The hotel itself was ok although, there was a long wait for check-in, with only one person at the desk. I would think that they should know when the Eurostar arrives each day to make provisions for number of people checking in at a particular time. It is also not a Disney hotel. It is a bit far from Disney, which we knew about but was assured that there is a shuttle bus. There was a shuttle bus but it does not run frequently and it is not big enough to hold everyone waiting to go back to the hotel. People were squished together like sardines and with small children and buggies, it is not at all safe. You would think that they would send another bus under these circumstances but none came. We took a taxi back to the hotel on most nights, which is about 10+ euros each way. It put us off a bit."

Definitely not a disney hotel
"Shuttles are NOT regular to and from this hotel to disney so you better rent a car or have extra tenners ready to take taxis. You cannot go and come as you wish as you are always on tenterhooks so as not to miss the shuttles. The shuttles when they finaly arrive are packed and everyone has to squeeze in and a few people have to be left off as the shuttle is very small. For a so called disney hotel, there were no childrens disney channels on TV! This is our 5th time of coming to Eurodisney but this has been our worst trip. We had to rush every breakfast not to miss the morning shuttle and had to rush dinner at the park not to miss the evening shuttle back. The restaurant was very expensive and the crockery not very clean. The rooms were nice though and you had broadband access which was good. This is not a disney hotel at all and should stop being advertised as such."

Too expensive for what it is
"The hotel is nice but really far from disneyland you need to have a car or to take a cab. There is a bus but one per hour. When I booked the hotel they told me that there is some shuttle every 10 minutes. This is not true. The service is really not good, there is clearly a lack of experience. They forgot to bring our luggages, the mini bar was not full when we arrive and they wanted that we pay what we didn't take... The breakfast is chaos and the restaurant too. You wait too much time at the restaurant, and the food is not so good. And as you are far from everything this is not easy... It might be nice if you play golf because it is really close to it."

Very nice hotel close to the magic
"Just stayed the weekend with my girlfriend at the Radisson. Every Disney Hotel was full so booked this one because the price was ok. Payed 113 ⬠for the night (without breakfast / breakfast = 20 ⬠/ person). The rooms are very clean and spacious, nice LCD tv and good comfy beds. Bathroom is spacious with 2 sinks. The hotel has a pool and sauna/steamroom (open from 10 till 23h), those services are free of charge for the guests. There is a free shuttle bus (nr 57) going from the hotel to the disney parks and backwards. Busses on the other hand do not come often (every 2hrs!!!), that can be annoying when you miss 1. Taxi is about 15 ⬠from the hotel to the park. If you are travelling with kids you might better come off by staying in a Disney hotel close to the park. The Radisson at Disney is a very good and nice hotel but it missis the magic which is so pleasant about staying and going to Disneyland Paris."
