most amazing place
"I stayed here 2016 February 24 for one week, food was most amazing i ever had in my holidays, stuff was so nice and helpful, since minute you walk in and minute you leave that place you feel absolutely fabulous, stuff cares about you every minute and i traveled a world and here its something special, best place in Cyprus i think ,beach is so nice and clean, but most important that stuff are so good trained always around you and asking if everything is ok,i love that place and its for most demanding clients place to stay, super clean everywhere, thank you for all stuff, kind Daiva Alisauskiene from London."

Only stayed for 3 days but have booked there for 2013
"Hi there, went to Cyprus this year 23/9 booked to stay in the iliada but got there 4am in morning only to be told we had to go to Tsokkos beach for 3 day, there was 15 of us but didnt mind as they upgraded us all up to all inclusive MMmm I thought but hey got to be honest food lovely for adults and the 3 young children 8 8 and 8 months ok rooms could do with a lick of paint but they were clean and tidy, staff ok nice pool and kids room Gym,after 3 days we were then taken back to the iliada hotel but to be honest we all thought the beach hotel was better than the iliada hence booking to stay there all inclusive in 22/9/13 ,so to conclude my review its a nice hotel would recommend any one to try it .c u all 2013"

Beautiful location, and always plenty to eat
"We have just come back from 7 days in Tsokkos beach. We would definitely go back again. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. The food was good. If you have children though, it's a bit samey. Nuggets and chips or fishfingers, thats it. Not a problem if they eat adult food, as there is plenty of that. The swimming pool is a lovely size, and we enjoyed the entertainment. The only downside, the receptionists could be a little more friendly. We went all inclusive, which was anything up til midnight. A bit surprised though, that if you were going out on a trip, they didn't supply you with bottled water, you had to pay for it. I would have thought something as essential as water, you would have for free either way you had it. It was free by the glass, that was it. All in all though, a lovely clean Hotel, with good food."

Good value for money but the entertainment pulls it down!!
"Weve just got back from this hotel where we stayed for our first family holiday for 11 nights. The food was great, really can not say a bad thing about how it tasted and variety but there just went much choice for kids. Same every meal time, chicken nuggets and some kind of fish thing like a fish finger or mini fish cake and chips. Luckily, my 15 month old will eat and try most things so he was tucking into moussaka!! The hotel inside and the rooms were kept spotless. The only cleanliness complaint I had was that when we spilit ice cream near our sun beds on day 4, the stain was till there even when we left!! Even though I did ask for it to be cleaned up! The pool is great and the kiddy pool is fab. The hotel is right next to the centre strip but not too close so you aren't disturbed at night and juts a 2 minute walk down to the gorgeous beach!! We did daily walks down the beach for our sons naps as its all decked out for lovely walks.
Entertainment........ This was rubbish to be fair. Absolutely no entertainment for the hotel that had lots of kids in apart from a 30 minute disco at 8pm in which they played the same songs and had the same dance routines every single night!! The rest was for adults but just quizzes and bingo! And the children are not allowed to go near the stage after the disco and god help if they did!! They got told off straight away so we spent most of our evenings chasing our toddlers around the pool area and reception!! Not good!! We went out a few nights but really you shouldn't have to do this when you book an all inclusive hotel. For this only reason, I wouldn't go back. I heard so many people complaining about the entertainment families and couples. So by the looks of it, they need to change the entertainment programme to bigger and better things to accommodate everyone because what they are doing at the moment is no fun for anyone! "

dissapointed with this hotel
"myself and husband stayed here 2009 and everything was great, we have just been back with all the family very dissapointed first of all the pool view room that we have payed for they made us pay again 210 euros, so we did, there was holes all over the hotel cielings and walls and water leaks all over which we reported. Two of the single beds that we had payed for were camp beds and my son was in agony all week with his back. The were really un friendly and not helpful at all, one ever threw a cheese sandwhich at my son in law and said he was too tired to cook. There was ants in all 3 of the bathrooms of the rooms we payed for that bite. Around the pool and bar area there is cracked tiles on the floor in lots of places. The lifts were faulty and trapped my grandsons head because you have to be quick getting in and out of the lift, and on some occassions the lights were not on in the corridors which made it pitch black, loose banister rails but apart from that the thomas cook entertainers (leanne & Malky) were fantastic 10/10 and the place was really clean and we really enjoyed our holiday putting the hotel aside please book at a different hotel if going to this resort."

"We have just returned from the Tsokos Beach Hotel, really nice staff. Rooms could do with a lick of paint but very clean. Food was good but being in Cyprus I did want to eat local dishes and they did a theme for the Evening Menu, would have preferred not to have a carvery or chinese, I can have them here anytime. They did do a Cypriot and a Greek night though. Really good location for beach and main bars. Leanne and Malky did a great job too, though not keen on the bingo."

"This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Myself, cousin, aunt and uncle stayed here in August this year (my cousins third stay, aunt and uncle's fifth). This hotel offers excellent food, excellent selection, excellent service and excellent staff!.. From the moment we arrived we were received with a warm welcome from all. The entertainment provided by Leanne and Malky (AKA Olivia Neutron Bomb) was brilliant and had something to offer for all ages. I had never been to Cyprus before but after this experience I will be returning every year without a doubt, so much so that within two days of returning to the UK (boo!) I had booked up again for next year. Hats off to the fabulous Tsokkos Beach Hotel and the beautiful coastal town of Protaras!..."

call it entertainment
"the hotel staff were brill, head waiter chris was so good at his job remembering everones room numbers anddrink orders, malkie on entertainment was realy funny when he appeared on stage as freddie mercury,we felt he carried leanne with his ad libs and hard work, she seemed to be more interested in getting a suntan, singing, and holding babies.and her begging of people too rate them as exellent when on thier return journey so they could get a bonus because they arent paid well was pathetic.iwould go back to this hotel, the food and service was very good, the hotel was nice and clean tho needs updating"

The good, the bad, the ugly.
"The good - 38C in the shade, location, views, friendly staff, refurbished restaurant and excellent food, Malky and Leeanne the entertainments staff - must see Malky as Olivia Neutron Bomb - the Eden centre for eating out and outdoor entertainment and Dancing Waters.
The bad - having to reserve sunbeds at 05.30 am thanks to Odessa guests using pool, dated and small rooms, lifts frequently not working and nightly bingo.
The ugly - tiles lifting from pool floor, several children to doctors with ear infections and lethal floors when wet.
Generally, our group of 6 adults and 3 children enjoyed the holiday.
I would recommend this hotel and would go again but NOT in August. "

"The childs beds are prison beds with an extremely thin matress, (and roughly for the same price as an adults bed). The maids do a brilliant job tiedying the room and all members of staff are very friendly except for the head waitor of the resturant, he always seems fed up and never smiles, I also noticed that he tells his staff of a lot for doing nothing wrong. The gym is not looked after very well, and we had no idea how to access the sauna and massage room. Leanne and Malky were the high light of the holiday. They are appsolutely brilliant! Some of the things they do are repetative such as doing quizes every single day and bingo every single night, but they are told what to do so thats not their fault. They always come round and have a chat with every one, and they are very funny. The activities during the day are the same every day (Zzzzzz) and the kids club is not really for anyone up the 12 years old, its for up to 5 year olds, which means that as you have to be over 12 to do most things, if you are from the age group of 6-11 you are going to be dead bored! The food is of a bad quality. Most meat is fatty, and within a week you end up with food that has been left for ages, all you have to do is look at it to say thats not fresh. Receptionists are really friendly and are really organized. Pool is cleaned every morning and is lovely and refreshing. The beach is just down the road (literally) and is less than a 1 minute walk. There are lots of restuarants nearby, I recommend Georgia, which is at the top of the road which is also less than a 1 minute walk. There are lots of bars and pubs most have better entertainment than the hotel! Also there is a jetty where you can have boat trips, the jetty is on the beach. For boat trips I recommend Captain Panikkos, and dont worry about the name, he doesnt Panic!
I hope this will help you book your holiday. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at Tsokkos beach, food was fine with a good variety of different foods, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms could do with an update but are very clean. Malkee and Leeane work extremely hard on the entertainment side,Leeane's laugh is like a hyeena on crack cocaine, but I promise you will get used to it, the pool floor needs re-tiling in places as there were a few cut feet and toes, situated just of the main drag and near the beach, all in all great holiday and met some fantastic people.
