A lovely & welcoming place to stay
"We had a week in this lovely holiday complex at beginning of May and on arrival were welcomed by Kiriakos & Nicos, 2 members of the most hospitable Constandinou family who own and run it. If you require anything, they will happily and quickly get it for you if possible.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and everything you would need for a self catering holiday was provided - loads of pots, dishes, cleaning materials and a starter kit of tea, coffee, milk etc.
The pool area is particularly well appointed and the surrounding garden,is very well maintained and clean and there is a bar where family members entertain most generously. We hope to return to Paphos in the not too distant future and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
There are plenty of restaurants to choose from but our favourites still remain Les Amis which is near the Alexander the Great Hotel and the Seagull at the end of the promenade walk past the sea front hotels heading for the harbour."

"I came over for a mates wedding and was looking for somewhere freindly, relaxed and reasonably priced.
Apollonia was all of that an more - spotless apartment, lovely quiet and relaxed pool area, extremely freindly staff (who helped me out after a bit of flight bother). Great location too for the main strip and the sea front.
When discussing accomodation with my mates (who were scattered all over paphos) it certainly sounded like i'd got the best deal of the lot - absolutely no complaints."

unfortunately we will be comparing other apartments with this one from now on
"after reading all reviews on the apollinia i started to wonder why there where no complaints no matter how small. That became very clear as soon as we entered our apartment, it was incredibly clean well decorated and very spacious. the kitchen is excellent full sized fridge freezer and gas cooker not one of the normal two or three little electric plates that seldom work. all the utensils are there pots pans dishes etc etc you could just keep going on. The bedrooms are large comfortable with air con in each room. the lounge has tv radio cassette player computer outlet electric fan at no extra cost that includes the safe. all the staff Paula on reception Kyrey and Maria where so helpfull as was everybody else right up to the day of departure they where there to wave you off very few places you will get that treatment. just look at the photos of the apartments and grounds that is exactly what they are you wont get better i promise. The pool and area is well maintaned with a plesent bar with a computer and internet access for the guests use. There are plenty of good restaurantes and bars within a ten minute stroll about the same for the harbour with all the shops snack bars and restaurants you could want Most of these do a three course set menu with plenty of selections and a bottle of wine from 9 euros.should you want to eat out. There are bus stops vertually outside the door or at the bottom of the road. There is a big supermarket just behind Macdonalds much better selection cheeper and better quality on the whole worth the walk about 15 mins max. You will not find the Apollonia in any holiday brochures book early to stand a chance of getting in or without a doubt you will miss a wonderful relaxing holiday experience"

Extremely pleasant and hospitable holiday
"From the moment we arrived at Apollonia Apartments we received first class service and excellent information from the owner with regards to the local area of Paphos.
The amenities were first class providing us with all that we required. Furthermore the staff could not have been more helpful and this was very evident during the Volcano crisis when all flights were cancelled. The reasurance from all concerned was especially appreciated by ourselves.
The apartments are situated in a quiet, convenient location and within walking distance to all amenities.
A really excellent holiday.
Apollonia Apartments are a location we would not hesitate to return to and also to recommed to friends and relatives for future holidays."

Excellent apartments, lovely owners, internet access priceless
"I was staying at a different hotel in Paphos, and moved into the Apollonia after the Icelandic volcano eruption stopped planes flying. I ended up having to stay in Paphos for an extra week, and needed to be able to log on to my work e-mail system remotely in order to be able to work. From what I could work out, most of the hotels in Cyprus other than the very expensive 5-star hotels only offer very slow wifi in public areas. I picked the Apollonia because they were able to offer fairly high speed (plug in) internet access in my room, which is such a selling point for them. It took me a lot of research to find the Apollonia, this is really quite hard to find in Paphos.
But I really enjoyed my stay there in general. It's excellent value for money, it's located five minutes walk from the harbour area with all the bars and restuarants, the pool and sunlounger area is lovely, the room was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was actually better equipped than the beach hotel I was previously staying in (which cost twice as much). Little touches like them putting washing up liquid in the room make all the difference, who wants to buy a bottle of washing up liquid when you're only staying somewhere for a week? And nothing is too much trouble for the owners, they were so friendly and helpful. I was having problems trying to use a local SIM card in my British phone, and the owner drove me to the CYTA shop (the mobile phone shop) in town to try to sort it out. They're very lovely people. If I were going back to Paphos I would definitely stay here."

"The appartments are well sited, within walking distance of the "new" town and the mosaic site. Bus stops are also nearby.
The whole place is exceptionally clean and the kitchen is very well equipped.
The swimming pool area is beautifully laid out and looks a very good place to relax.
The owners are very friendly and helpful - they obviously care about their visitors."

They go the extra mile
"The family who own these apartments really go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Apartments were immaculate, well furnished and kitted out. Even extras like washing up liquid, cotton buds and a first aid kit were provided.
I can't praise them enough."

Lovely, clean & friendly!
"Like all other reviews on here, we can't fault this place. It was a great base for us for travelling around Cyprus.
It's a family run business and they are very friendly and welcoming, especially Kyriacos!
Rooms were clean and well kept. We had a 1 bedroom apartment for 6 days, then we were moved to a studio on the last night. I have to say we did prefere the studio as it had a great feel about it and would book that rather than a 1 bedroom as it was ample for our needs, although the tv was a portable in the studio.
The internet access in the rooms is a great plus and really was a great selling point for us as it meant we could take our laptop and find places to explore as well as keeping in touch with home!
You really should hire a car if you come to Cyprus as although there are plenty of bars and restaurants in Paphos, there isn't much in the way of beaches, so we travelled to Limmissol and to the beaches of Lady's Mile and Pissouri which were lovely sandy/pebbly beaches although a somewhat scary drive through the very narrow streets of the old town to get to Pissouri beach.
If we went back to Cyprus, then we'd definately stay here again!"

Great accommodation once again
"Well, this is our 5th time at Apollonia, why? because we can rest assured that every comfort is catered for!!
Kyriakos & Maria & their family put in 110% effort to make their guests welcome, it is no surprise to see that nearly all of the guests are repeat visitors. The apartments are very clean , well stocked with every ammenity. There is even a small welcome pack for guests staying two weeks or more & believe me people do manage to stay for more than two weeks , lucky souls. Accommodation is two-bed, one -bed or studio so something to cater for all. Wired internet in all the rooms & wireless in reception & pool bar kept our teenagers entertained in those lulls where mum & dad can get some peace & read the paper. Pool is well kept & clean with showers & changing rooms. To be hoest everyone takes their rings & floaty things to the pool on the first day & they stay out for everyone to enjoy them until you leave , it's that sort of place.
Of course it is self catering but you either eat out or nip to the well stocked shop across the road. Beware though a bakery has opened next door to the shop sellling lots of fattening yummy things!
In Pafos we ate at well tested restaurants, Dianas Steak Bar where you will find Demitri, The Pelican on the harbour with Paumbo & the Seagull near the municipal beach only to mention a few favourites."

Excellent apartments for Kato Paphos
"The welcome you receive from Apollonia is great, nothing is too much trouble for Maria and her family. The two bedroomed apartment was spacious and very clean. It had a very large balony which had four sunbeds and a table and chairs and still room to run around. The location was great, near enough to the bars and restaurants, but not right on top of it to keep you awake all night. The beach and harbour area was approximately 10 minutes walk away. The pool area at the apartments was lovely and very well kept. All in all we'd thoroughly recommend staying here and will definitely go back when we next visit Paphos."
