Great view; very relaxing
"We stayed at Vista de la Bahia for 5 nights. This B&B has 4 rooms, a shared living area and large pool area. The owners live in the other part of the large and beautiful home. Our room was immaculate, the king bed was comfy and the AC worked great. The view out the window was very nice, making it a relaxing place to be. The hosts, Elaine and Peter were especially accommodating, and Gladys the housekeeper was very sweet. Each morning we had a full breakfast which was absolutely delicious (I tried the Jamaican special everyday). There is a private, secure (two locking gates) walkway down to the "hip-strip" so no need for a taxi. The pool was the perfect temperature and a "must" after walking around Montego Bay (there are beach towels in the room to use at the pool). All in all, if you are in Montego Bay for a few nights and would like a relaxing and private stay, then this is your place. I would highly recommend it."

Perfect Weekend Getaway Spot
"My bf and I stayed at this bed and breakfast last weekend and had an amazing time. The owners of this house really do a wonderful job of presenting a beautiful, well kept property and making you feel like it is yours while you are there. The room we stayed in had a king size bed (that was crazy comfy) and a nice little sitting area in front of the huge window that overlooked the pool and the bay. You could watch the sunset/sunrise right from your room! The rest of the property is extremely beautiful with lush gardens and a very inviting swimming pool. You are free to raom around, lounge by the pool, enjoy a few drinks outside, whatever you want. The best part is the breakfast though. We had the traditional Jamaican breakfast each morning and it was delicious. You start with a plate of fresh fruit (and delicious coffee) and then the main course of fish, yam, and fried dumplings. Plus you sit on the veranda by the pool, overlooking the bay. An absolutely perfect start to a day. We also had no car but the cab ride from the airport was very cheap and the b&b has a path that leads you right down to the Hip Strip. You can walk pretty much anywhere you need to go. There is a liquor store at the bottom of the path, a chinese restaurant and all kinds of other places. I would highly recommend a stay here and hope to someday return!!"
