One Awesome view from the balcony- luxury at its best!
"We had a group of friends stay at the new Beachcomber for 6 days and we were blwon away by the luxury and beauty of this new property. It had all the conveniences in UNit 17 a corner unit-- like a huge oceanfront balcony, a screen porch AND a unscreened area. We ate most of our meals here on the our door table and ocassional drink on the bar stool table. The bedrooms all had TV and DVD and I-homes for our music. This unit even helped us get online each day to check email with a wireless notebook provided for the guest's. We love natural light and migrate to end units for this and this unit provided that luxury. There were windows in each room. When we wandered to the beach we used the bech huts to hang out and the large chlorine free heated jacuzzi to watch the sunsets. I can't wait to go back again in March! The management group were very helpful and tended to our needs on where to go."

Best beach in the world
"This was by far our best and most relaxing vacation to date. The Beachcomber just opened in April of 2009, it's state of the art and it is beautiful. It's located in the middle of seven mile beach not far from the Ritz Carlton. We stayed in #6, a four bedroom condo on the second floor that had the most amazing view of the water. We had eight in our group and the condo was plenty big enough for all of us. It was clean, beautifully furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable. We liked the second floor because it gave us privacy and we didn't have to use the elevator everytime we went back to the condo. Shopping was easy with a grocery store and liquor store just accross the street. Restaurants are close by but we liked to grill out ourselves and eat on the porch .The kids liked the Satilite TV and WiFi and we all like the beautiful beach, warm water and diving. Cayman has some of the best diving in the world. We loved our trips to Stingray City and the Turle Farm and the kids rented a jet ski one day and had a ball. We will definitely be back!"

You won't regret staying at The Beachcomber
"Before we decided to visit Grand Cayman, we researched a lot of options for our accommodations. We picked the Beachcomber and we were all so very delighted when we pulled up. Our research paid off!! Our family stayed at the beautiful villa twenty-three. This three bedroom/three bathroom condo was just perfect. We were six adults and there was plenty of room for us all. The condo is situated on the end, so the views are absolutely superb. The condo was completely equipped with everything we needed and beautifully furnished. The Beachcomber is located on a great part of the seven mile beach. The property is beautifully maintained with a pool, hot tubs, tiki huts, lounge chairs with umbrellas and barbeques. It is also within walking distance from the supermarket, liquor store and several great restaurants. If you like to be more active during the day, renting snorkel gear, sea kayaks, catamarans, jet skis, etc. are a short walk down the beach. We went during Pirates Week and Amanda from the Beachcomber was very helpful in listing all the local activities for us. The daily service and maintenance stafff were fabulous. We highly recommend staying at the Beachcomber; you definitely will not be disappointed. We canât wait to return!"

The place is beautiful, brand new and in an incredible location on the oceanfront
"Unit 17 is brand new, furnished beautifully and has incredible views and pure white beachfront for strolling! There is awesome snorkeling slightly to the left front of the unit where there is a reef. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away and the Ritz Carlton is also just across the street."

"Just stayed at the Beachcomber, celebrating a birthday. We rented a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, Unit #37 to be specific. Absolutely as described, beautifully furnished, wonderful grounds, beach and staff. The only negatives I would even note are the two smaller bedrooms don't have blackout curtains and the sun rises through those windows, and the condos are equipped with a satellite/dish TV system that never worked properly. Not that we were there to watch TV but it would have been nice some late evenings. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again."

Grand Cayman and The Beachcomber are top-notch!
"Our trip to the Grand Cayman this August was one of our family's favorite trips ever. We try to travel to unique and new places each year but we are considering a repeat trip to Grand Cayman because everyone in the family loved it. We traveled with small children and friends who also have small children. The Beachcomber is gorgeous with top of the line furnishings. Every balcony overlooks 7 mile beach at the best part of the beach. We were there during low season so we had the place almost completely to ourselves. We were the only ones in the pool everyday and no one was on the beach directly in front of our unit either. The ocean water was calm enough for our children to play in and the sand was soft enough to walk barefoot for miles! The restaurants nearby are fantastic and being across the street from the grocery store was a huge plus as we grilled out by the pool several nights too. I highly recc. the Beachcomber and the Grand Cayman as a place to vacation."

Loved #2 at the Beachcomber!!
"We stayed in #2 for a family vacation in May. The building and the grounds are wonderful, but we were particularly happy we picked #2. It is on the ground floor so you can walk right out to the beach and the pool. The massive front porch lets you enjoy everything right from your apartment. Inside, the furnishings are beautiful, and there was plenty of room for the six of us."

"We returned from a week-long stay at the Beachcomber over a week ago, yet we can't stop thinking about it. What an incredible vacation and wonderful place to stay. The units at the Beachcomber are spacious, spotless, and filled with top notch amenities... the towels and linens are great, the appliances are all top of the line, the furnishings are beautiful. The housekeepers were so nice and kept things looking great all week. The balconies on the units are fabulous... they are huge and the glass in lieu of your standard "balusters" gives you an unbroken view of the beautiful sea. We walked up and down Seven Mile Beach during our trip, and we feel that the Beachcomber sits on one of the nicest sections... the beach in front of Beachcomber is wide, clean, and has silky white sand. This section of Seven Mile Beach is also very quiet. Compared to sections in front of some of the larger hotels, the area in front of Beachcomber seemed practically deserted, but in a very good way... while we met lots of nice families (both with children and without) at the Beachcomber, we felt like we practically had the place to ourselves. The pool and hot tubs are also gorgeous. The pool has a marvelous infinity edge which is beautiful in and of itself, but also give you an unbroken view of the ocean while you are swimming. The hot tubs were not particularly hot... at least at this time of the year the pool felt pretty similar in temperature, but in July you didn't really want it any hotter than that anyway and I'm guessing they would be warmer in the winter. Finally the location of the Beachcomber is ideal... walking distance to lots of great restaurants -- Eats Cafe, Yoshi Sushi, Copper Falls Steakhouse, etc. Also, right across the street from the grocery and liquor stores... you could literally walk your grocery cart right across to the Beachcomber and the people at Foster's Food would pick up the carts along the sidewalk. The Beachcomber is not inexpensive, nor is Grand Cayman in general, but I can't say enough about our wonderful vacation so we felt it was well worth the splurge! Amanda and Dale (the managers), the housekeepers, and that magnificent property made everything pretty much perfect! We have traveled extensively around the Caribbean and stayed in a lot of wonderful places, but this was definitely one of the very best!"

"You expect the Caribbean beaches to be beautiful, and the Beachcomber doesn't disappoint , but Unit 17 makes the experience truely incredible. This corner unit has unlimited views of Seven Mile Beach and its turquoise waters. The decor and furnishings are wonderful but best of all, it has the most amazing verandah on which to enjoy every brilliant Cayman sunset. ABSOLUTELY NO REGRETS!!!"

Decided to stay at the Beachcomber condo two doors down and glad I did
"I had done extensive on line research for seven mile beach accomodations. Couldn't decide between the Ritz and the Westin. It was a special trip to celebrate my 50th birthday and my sister's 40th. Finally decided to forgo the hotel and stay at the new Beachcomber condo, just two spots down the beach. For the same price, we got an ocean front 2 bedroom condo with the most amazing balcony view of the ocean. The Rits has rows of beach chairs and buoys with ropes on the beach. The condo has an unobstructed view and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Amanda and Dale were great at the desk and took care of everything for us. Cleaning crew was great and since the island is so pricey, it was nice to have a grocery and liquor store right across the street. Also much more convenient not to walk through a hotel lobby in your swimsuit mulitple times during the day. The Ritz looked fabulous and we spent an evening at the poolside bar for cocktails and burgers. I'm sure the rooms are great too,but we loved the choice of a condo. If I was going to do a hotel, I'd pick the Ritz, but I would recommend checking out a beachside condo as well."
