"i felt uneasy at this hotel cause though the staff were friendly but only they wanted tipping all the time. The room was insecure cause any thief could jump one balcony to the next rooms balcony. The pool side garden is also insecure cause a low wall backs up in to an alley way which leads to a side street. The hotels corridors are dark and only lit for a few seconds and there is no brightly lit indicator light to guide you to the switch. The language barrier is big problem i asked for mixed meat soup and i get a bland vegetable powdered soup and two skewers of chicken and meat boosting the price. The chicken and meat are always undercooked. The people serving the breakfast look at you as if you just walked off the street and began helping yourself to the so called breakfast consisting of hard dry croissants and tough bread. The staff seem to not understand the meaning of boiled eggs when i asked for some one morning. So another chap came and he did not understand either. The place is a nightmare for families and should be used by people whom can take the humiliation. The mattresses in the rooms are so soft i would not recomend it for people with already weak backs. "
