"5 out of 7 of our party had severe food poisoning which took around 2 week to fully get over on our return. My wife was vomiting blood at the airport, and the rep just shrugged and said these things sometimes happen. Not good enough, complained to First choice and they weren't interested either!"

Would not use again
"The hotel was not as stated the reception staff were rude and abrupt and seemed as though they had never heard of customer service. We had 3 children but were situated on the top floor with not lifts we had to carry a pushchair up and down 48 steps each time. The restaurant food was bland and caked variety. The water in the pools was cold so my two year old refused to go in the pool. The description said the hotel had a kids club but this was a small space where 2 staff watched the children there were no planned activities for them and when ever I walked past the gate was open. This lack of security was shown on the last day when another couple from the UK had an 11 year old that had tried to be taken by a man hat managed to get in the hotel when the parent complained the rep and the police we rung but no one turned up this happen on our last day there and by this point I was glad to be leaving. For older children there was no night life and there was WI FI if but only available in the reception area and as everyone was here checking things online it was very difficult to connect to the server. Overall a big let down."

"Me and my partner spent two weeks in the carribean village Agador and i have to say i wouldnt ever return to this hotetl or morocco ever again. I had severe sickness diarrhoea and stomach cramps for five days. Most of the staff were lazy, rude and unhelpful. They ignore the british holidaymakers but love the french and germans. The only nice part of the hotel were the gardens. The sellers on the resort were persisent almost to the point of harrasment. And it wasnt any better on the beach we couldnt relax as we were constantly harrased by the sellers. If you want a relaxing holiday dont go here."

Great value for money love this hotel
"This is my second visit to this hotel and its great, spacious grounds, lovely gardens, trees, bushes, and plants every where you go. The service is good, staff helpful, a huge pool area with lots of sunbeds and if you cant find one just ask and you will be get one, lots going on in this area with a dozen animation team who are brilliant, lots of sport and games if you want to join in, If its peace and quiet you want there are at least 3 small pool areas with sunbeds, Theres a huge dining area with lots of staff who are all friendly,no full english as they dont do bacon and sausage, but their are chefs who cook fresh pancakes, ommlettes, fried eggs, plenty of cereals.cold meats etc, and lovely fresh crusty bread, theres an outside snack bar for lunch which we used most days because i prefer to eat in the sun, hot cold sandwhiches, plus salad and waiter service. A five minute walk to the beach where there is a sectiond off area for guests and a cold drinks bar. Rooms are pretty basic and could do with an update, but they are kept clean with a daily cleaner, no fridge but you can hire on for under £2.00 a day, and no hair dryer £1.00 a day to rent. The shower and the hot water is the best ive had in an hotel. Nightly entertainment round pool area and an ampitheatre. You can sit and watch or join in the dancing with the annimation team who are great fun. There are 6 themed restaurants,Morrocan, chinese, japanese, fish, steak, and piza, which you can book on a daily basis, with waiter service tried them all brill. It dismays me when i read the negatives on this hotel its 3stars if people want 4/5 star it will cost you double what you pay here. I repeat great hotel, great clean grounds, great value for money. "

"Travelled October 2011 for 1 week Do not go there first impression of village was very good. Nearly all holiday people at the hotel were very ill with food poisoning myself included, this was confirmed by my doctor on my return which required very strong antibiotics. Very hard to get in touch with First Choice to report it as they do not make it easy to contact them."

Morocco will not see me again !
"Arrived 19th July 2010 for a two week family holiday. First impression of the room was not enough cupboard space but this was hardly an issue to make a deal out of so just made do. Food was not great but I am a picky eater, my husband however who is not, agreed with me. Same thing every day for 14 nights only thing that changed was the calvery, which alternated between, turkey, beef or pork. The lifeguard, agreed with our views !!! Rooms were kept clean daily. Clean towels every day and clothes folded, needless to say our little cleaner had a massive tip. Trips Limited and Entertainment not great but again all credit to the Anmiation team for their long hours and effort. Horrible sight to see was the poor cats around the complex that were obviously starving. Most people were feeding them but one day a member of staff came around and bundled up kittens in a bag and took them off. Children were screaming. Apparently this gets done once a month when overrun with kittens - the RSPCA needs to be informed. Obviously there was an uproar in the British camp with this barbaric action but other nationalities did not batter an eyelid. Overall would not go to Morocco again, been and done it and got the t-shirt !! "

"I went to morocco in may 2009, and iv got to say it was the best holiday iv been o so far! And iv been on alot of holidays like jamaica, lanzorote, south of france, spain ect. the staff am very friendly and fun. i found it easy to make friends, and the best thing was it was a 4 minute walk from the beach. The resort has four pools which have different popularities. The room was OK but you am hardly ever in it so that doesnt matter! Finally the food it lush :) YOU SHOULD GO ON HOLIDAY HERE! â¥"

Good Value for money!
"We booked this holiday on a fairly last min whim...normally we plan ahead and do our research! However, we (2 adults 2 boys 7 & 13) had an absolute wonderful 2 weeks! We like the All Inclusive deals as the boys can literally drink and eat their own body weight in soft drinks, ice-cream and pizza!! It was slightly disappointing to see Ice cream wasn't included; however it was very cheap to buy. The food was as you expect...buffet style 'international' type cuisine. Everyone was happy! The staff bend over backwards to help and make your stay a pleasure, Everyone from the waiters, bar staff and gardeners! (look out for the Toads and Tortoises!!) The boys were entertained each evening with the Animation team (although we did our best to make our excuses not to watch the 'shows'!!!! definitely one for the kids) The day time could be spent either by one of the quieter areas and pools or by the main pool where your were encouraged to join in with the daytime activities!! Personally, I was happy with my book, iPod and sunglasses! The beach is a short walk, across a very busy main road. Worth a trip to the local souk (market) and an evening stroll down the prom to see the locals at night! All in all...... a very enjoyable holiday and for what we paid...good value! Forgot to sayâ¦our room didnât have Air conâ¦didnât bother us, however it could pose a problem later in the season! Kate,Rob, Wessy & Matt xxxx "

"We stayed here for a fortnight and had a wonderful time. Weather was high in the 30's and the heat could be a little too much at times. Plenty of swimming pools to pick from, all with a seperate bar. Sun beds were limited, so grab one early if your planning on staying round the pool all day. Rooms were great, plenty of storage space, seperate bathroom and toilet, so handy when you have teenagers hogging the shower. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily and towels were also changed on a daily basis. Food was ok. Always hot and fresh, but unless you love tarjeens, its a bit limited. Pizza bar is great. Ate during the day here. Choice of a la carte restaurants if you get fed up with the buffet one. Morroccan restaurant was probably the best. Staff are fantastic. Very friendly and always willing to help. All in all, the complex was spotless, well run and very friendly. Would recommend this hotel without a doubt."

We had a fantastic holiday at the carrib...
"We had a fantastic holiday at the carribean holiday villagr ,I would recomend this complect to anyone of any age.The animation team were exellant .memo, cha cha, packa, are a great laugh .We all did not want to go home .On an evening the shows that the team put on were fun. There were an excrllant choice of food in the resturant. The only problem was we throught that you should be able to get bottled water all day not just between 7 to 12 on an evening and the other times out of the machines .The snack bar i think should of been open in an evening as well.We have already booked for next year and are taking a large group of friends with us as we had a great time .last year there was seven of us. The views from our room was great. We diid very little outside the complects as the kids just did not want to leave. The dances around the pool are great fun with all the team, each one of the 25 make you feel welcome. The maids can't do enough for you, the rooms are kept very clean.looking forward to next year."

Avoid like the plague
"Rooms - Damp, dirty and shabby even though there been recently refurbished. Food - Lukewarm to raw and repetation. Pools - Only surfaced cleaned, bottom of pools flithy. Sunbeds - 5am dash to secure bed, a lot of beds are broken and the mattresses are dirty. Beach - Hotel area crampled and you are always hassled by the locals selling you their goods. Our two week family hoilday was ruined by us all contracting the mystery diarrhoea and vomiting sickness which was rife amounst the British guests at this hotel. Good points Staff are wonderful and the country is lovely but i would return but not to this hotel avoid it like the plague."
