too nosy and food poor
"arrived on christmas eve at 9.30pm was told at reception to go and get some food before resturant shut food was cold went to pool side bar to listen to music take coats or jumper gets cold at night had a pool view what was supposed to be an upgrade the noise was awful music from the pool bar didnt stop till 3.00am even the patio doors were rattling same again on christmas night got fed up because we had germans lads running and shouting banging doors at 4,30am went to recieption and asked to be moved and they moved us in the morning to the back of the hotel that was fine till it came to fri night when the space night club opened and the music was boom til 4.00am hotel is good if your young and dont want much sleep staff is very helpful and rooms are clean and tidy ran out of beer 3 times in 1 week if you go out side the hotel it looks like a rubbish tip not many english people more germans and russians and not the friendliest people would recommend quad biking and glass bottom boat that made the holiday and the restuarants in naama bay are great "

"on arrival was very disapointed with location and reseption did nothing to help the situation we arrived late so was asked to leave our bags and go striaght to dinner.well what can I say food was very poor and cold but it was late so I thought give them a chance things will be better in the morning. How wrong I was the food got worse as the week went on.
It was of very poor qaulity and cold I complained to the chef who then proceded to bring me a plate of hot food but yes even that was cold.the restaraunt let the hotel down badly or should i say the food Liver was sereved two evenings. Passed off has beef they just forgot to say beef liver because belive me you could not tell what it was from looking at it. the staff in the restaraunt Captain Fady was an angel and did his best to make every one happy but the food qaulity let it down.
The room was basic and clean.
The staff were very friendly and did thier best to make the hoilday enjoyable.
The Pool staff were great along with the waiters at the pool bar.
The music played round the pool was terrible and more appt for a 18 to 30 Disco.
The manager Mr Hanny was very friendly and did his best to help.
If you are staying at this Hotel make sure you go out to eat and take some ear plugs for the misic "

our stay in naama
"just arived back home from this hotel .well dont really know where to start we read the reviews before we booked the naama and if we had listenend to the reviews we would have never hae gone there but gladly we didnt and decided to go .its not 5 star but who cares we nded uphaveing 1 of the best hollidays we have ever had thanks to the staff at the hotel they were brilliant couldnt doenough for us and would bend over backards for us especially the poolside bar staff .mohamed was at my beck and call each and every day you didnt hav to ask they just done it for us anyway there was abdo the poolside bar manager he was fantastic again at yor whimthey would do anything for you and believe me theses barstaff work 12 hour shifts 7 days a week for 2 months for virtually nothing .the restaurant staff were brill yes the food was a bit repetative but there was allways something nice hat you could eat and the beef stew was fantastic if you like a bit f stew and ima fussy eater .yes the room was basic but it was cleaned each and every day we even had our cleaner makeing towel models it was great we come backo the room 1 day and there was a bloody big monkey made from towels hanging from the ceiling jus the effort alone to make it was brilliant he even put faces on the towel models it made our day and put a smile on your face each and every day .you have to remember that egypt is stilla developing country but what the hell it was brill .mr haney the boss of the hotel approched us every day and even asked us how he could make our stay better food wise anything he could do he would so alli cansay is thank you for a brilliant stay and we are definatley going backgain and would recomend this hotel toany 1 noits not the best but for 1500 pounds for a fortnight allinclusive you cant expect a pallace that price was for 2 of us.all in all it was brilliant and in october as wellhe weather was fantastic so just remember when your stuck in freezing cold weather for 750 pounds allinclusive in naama heights for a fortnight its only 5 hours away and it puts a lovely smile on your face lol itwas brill loved every minute of it .from mr tony and wife karen thankyou to all the staff for a brill time ."

needs a update
"the location is out the way its like being in the desert and the shops inside the hotel are expensive.their is a taxi service from the hotel but this also is expensive in conparison to outside taxis.the rooms are comfortable but need an update needs some attention to detail aircon fantastic.our room was on the 1st floor and i had a 8 yr old and a 1 yr old their was no lift which made hard work for me up and down stairs. the balcony was ok but unsafe for my infant as she could get throu the rail so we never sat out their and the table n chairs was very dirty need updating.their is modern furniture mixed with old furniture which does not work.the resturant also needs an update drinks are served in small plastic cups not glasses and the glasses that are provided if you can find 1 are just rinced with water and not wash in diturgent this is unhygenic the tables arnt wash down hygenine products after you leave the table for new people to sit.their are also lots of egyption guests and they push in front ov you and take a lot ov the food choice and they dont mind shouting and arguing in front of you and your children food choice is ok.the pool area is ok but the pool has lots ov floaty bits in it.the bar area needs a big update the icecream it terrible and not frozen the fridges have no drinks on display it looks very shabby their is very little choice.the night time entertainment is ok but their was a belly dancer on 1 night and was boring n just went on n on.the pool toilets smell very bad.the water park needs life guards and more mats for the slides .round the pool their is a towel tent a tattoo tent and a massarge tent they need taking down they are dirty and old and not in use .the towel tent is in use but falling apart n the towels are shabby n old.all the staff need new uniforms and proper shoes in the resturant as they where trainers and this does not look nice.surprizingly enough i had a really good stay in the hotel it could be a really good hotel if they keep trying like they are to make things rite i would give this hotel 3 stars only meet some great people here."

"When we arrived my heart sank as soon as I saw it.We first went into the reception area which was like going back into the 70's it was so dated, next we were taken to our room which were all on corridors that looked like a prison, white walls and mint green doors. When we arrived in our room it was dark and dingy the door locks were all broken, the curtains were hanging off the rail and didn't close all the tiles were chipped and dirty the air con was so noisy you couldnt hear yourself speak and when you went on the balcony you were overlooking a cesspit. Next the restaurant was filthy dried up food all over the sides, you wouldnt have made an animal eat in there. We only stayed one night and first thing the following morning asked our rep for a transfer. On the positive side Victor the rep sorted out a move the following morning to the Sharm Bride and the rest of our holiday was great. Please please please dont go near this hotel if you want to enjoy your holiday!!!!!!!!!!"

don't listen to the bad reviews
"this is definately one, if not the best hotel ive been too.
The food was brilliant, yes there was rice every single time but alot of other food to cater everyone even the more fussy of eaters. yes there was some people that just can't take no for an answer but its not the hotels fault, its there way of living if you go down the road to the old market you get hassled way more. trips were easy to book and adell (howerever u spell his name) suggested the trips you should go on and he definately wasn't wrong. most of the staff are friendly, the pool staff are the pushy ones, the bar staff are exilant, very friendly always looking to help.
to sum up, you have to look very hard to find something wrong with this place (i read on a bad review some said wood was chipped, it wasn't and who cares), staff are brilliant accept SOME of the pool staff, very clean hotel would recommend to everyone."

Awful - if you have book please transfer to a different hotel
"Just returned from a week at this hotel it was awful!
The some of the staff were ltches they followed you around asking you to meet you outside the hotel or tips. well I have one for them dont stay at this hotel.
The food was dreadful - rice for every meal with the odd bit of fish or liver thrown in for good measure - on some occassions no salad or fruit - manager stated that the hotel had no credit.
Rooms were dark and dingy - very poor lighting, grey bedding and dirty bathroom.
when I complained to the low cost holidays rep - he didnt care and on occassion was intimidating.
Drinks were warm and watered down - other guests observed this. there was very little choice.
Breach was lovely but was a 15 minute ride away
entertainment satff tried to engage guests during the day
That was the only 2 positives - overall not a good experience and I was pleased to get home."

"just returned home from what i would say was the worst hotel i have stayed in,before we came i read the reviews and hoped it wasnt like what poeole were saying it was it was dirty and shabby the food well what can i say i will try most food but not there ,i had my 2 daughters and grandaughter the little 1 would not eat anything so we had 2 go 2 Mcdoulds,new years eve dinner was outside tables looked lovely but had wild cats around the tables wantin food ,the only good thing was the staff they work very hard.the hotel is in the middle of nowere up a dirt track please think twice i wish i had.`"

"naama heights is listed as 4 star, however it is not as we would expect a 4 star to be in the uk. on our arrival to the room we where not impressed so asked for a different room but were told to go to reception at 10 am the following day, we unpacked a few clothes to make ourselves comfortable then i went into the bathroom for a quick freshen up, when i emptied the sink the water went down the drain and back up into the shower along with whatever was in the drain, the plug in the shower was at a higher lever than the shower floor so needless to say the whole shower floor filled up with black sludge. so i rang reception and they sent a guy who simply used a squeegie to flush it all into the plug then i noticed it was leaking through the wall into the bedroom, so i rang reception again and three guys turned up, in short they brought a compressor to the room and blasted the drain wich resulted in all the sludge exploding through a drain access next to the toilet after about an hour they tidied up and left. the main restaurant was listed as being open till 12 midnight we went at around 11.35 to find not much food which was cold but we felt we were in the way as staff were brushing up around our feet so we left hungry and went to the hotel shop and purchased crisps and chocolate in this all inclusive first night. staff are mixed some friendly and happy others are ignorant, food apears to be for other nationalities so we ate out most days. we did go to reception the next day but where told to come back the next day at 11.30 so i started to complain and by chance the hotel manager was there who overheard me and introduced him self. that day the room was cleaned thoroughly sprayed for bugs sprayed with air freshener one wall was even painted were it apppeared to have rising damp, and a bowl off fruit left all of which i commend the manager for. the pool has grout missing from between the tiles and a tide mark where it has not been cleaned, and on one occasion i was sat on the edge of the pool and realised the lip below me had a horrible greasy grey like substance underneath. we stayed all inc but had to pay for coffee sachets in the room but had no milk. and had to pay for the mini bar, the all inc bar finished at 11pm i booked a room with a sea view as the website said the hotel had beautifull views of the bay and sea, only to be told there was no sea view rooms. however if you go round the back off the hotel near the slide park pool you can get a glimpse of the sea or at least i did between the building work. well am goin to leve it there but finally i would like to visit sharm again but certainly will not return to any panarama resorts, i apreiate the manager put right the wrongs but in a 4 star all inc hotel the rooms should not be let out in that condition in the first place. "

Dont Go Anywhere near this Hotel
"Hi won a week here in a radio competition (second prize must have been 2 weeks ) 4 star never in a million years!! The first room we were given was awful, very outdated, chipped furniture, black grout in the bathroom, not to mention chipped and broken shower tiles roughly patched up. We complained and the next day were give a better standard of room but again I must stress this was no way 4 star. The food on offer in the dining room on our arrival was indescribable and probably unedible, either way we went to bed feeling very let down. We never had a hot shower all week, no matter what time you tried. A tap leaked all week and the cleaners answer was to open the drain cover to let the water run away!There was no decent wine at all in the hotel, what there was was on tap and just about drinkable. When we did manage to buy a bottle which cost Â£17.00 we poured it down the sink later. All drinks were served in plastic cups!! the food was mediocre to say the least, clanliness in the dining room left a lot to be desired. Despite being very careful with food, drinks etc my friend went down with a dreaded bug which would not respond to the normal treatment. The pharmacist said we needed egyptian medicine, which did in the end work. The first indication on the hotel should have been the faux leather furniture which adorned the reception and upstairs bar area; they were split with stuffing hanging out and the carpet in the upstairs bar was filthy and patched up. When I complained to the company who had arranged the holiday they said this was one of their most popular hotel in Sharm. God help you if you dont mind cheap accomodation, repetetive food and drinks which are totally undrinkable.The distance from the resort itself was also very disappointing and the hotel bus was only available if you booked 24 hours in advance . The road to Namma Bay at night was far too dangerous to walk as there are no pavements and no street lights. We came upon people walking and could not see them until we were alongside in the bus.We made the best of a bad job but many people we spoke to were depressed at the thought of having to spend two weeks here.the Aqua part which was open on an hourly basis for part of the day looked ok but on closer inpection we found drain covers ( large drains approx 3ft across ) inadequately covered and sticking up from the ground. A very dangerous situation for children running around. the company that had organised this holiday offereda Â£25.00 holiday voucher to make amends, but I dont think I would be tempted to book with them if they feel this a 4 star hotel."

"My friend and I went to this hotel for 1 week from 2/09/10. After 1 hour of arriving at this hotel my friends purse went missing from our room...management were less than helpful and refused to go to the police. They did not seem to care that our holiday was then ruined as we had hassle getting money sent to us - and thank god we did as the food - I wouldn't give it to a rat never mind a dog - we had to eat out which defeats the point of 'All Inclusive'.
On a plus side - the rooms were cleaned every day by polite and friendly staff - they would even rid us of the ant infestation on a daily basis.
We went to the beach one day where there is no all inclusive - I know of other hotels that do this.
I would strongly recommend that you stay well away from this hotel. We could not wait to leave in the end...

what is up with you?
"I have been reading these reviews and all the people moaning.... thats what a holiday is... you have foreign people there! you eat foreign food! alright the poo in the pool isnt good.... man up honestly! you get what you pay for you dont like it.. pay more! I loved it and if your not fussy and a moaner you will like it too!"
