"Just returned from a 7 night stay. Food only lukewarm also not a lot of choice anyway. Beds really could do with new mattress they dipped in the middle, but have to say staff kept the room clean and there was always fresh towels ever-day. All inclusive is only 10 to 10 but a couple of mornings could not get a soft drink until 12 was told it was because they was doing stock take but you could get beer or water, youre drinks have to go in a glass they wont let you have a bottle no matter what that is until you start paying , if you want to take water out with you go the shop next door to buy a lot cheaper. The private beach is a 15 minute drive away by the hotel bus but even if you are all inclusive still have to pay for any drink or food you have there. But we found all the staff very friendly and helpfully . But it is not 3star in our opinion more a 1 ."

"Have just returned from this hotel. this would be regarded as a 1 star hotel anywhere else the all inclusive deal is not worth the effort. The Wings rep was useless, we had no transport to the hotel from airport despite it being part of the booking and were obliged to pay£20. to local taxi driver! The rooms were basic and showing their age, definately need new beds, pool was freezing, speakers relayed LOUD music to pool area all day and night. Food was bland and mostly cold. Finally they wanted to charge us £24 to keep our room from 12o'clock until 6 o'clock on the last day, it may be a cheap deal to stay but food is a basic requirement and surely needs to be served hot."

"I've just returned from 14 nights at the Country Club, the food was constantly cold and lacked variety, provision such as butter were constantly running out , staff would just say, " kitchen no more" after discussions with the management they tried every way to resolve our concerns. They even agreed to let us order off the a la carte menu free of charge. I do believe this was down to their lack of knowledge. My room was very clean although I heard complaints from other guests of the damp and smells of sewerage in their rooms. We experienced no water on several occasions I'm unaware if this was for all of Sharm or just the hotel."

Having just returned from a 7 night stay...
"Having just returned from a 7 night stay I can agree with some of the above statements. The food was never warm unless you got there dead on when they started serving it, but the drinks were cold and the glasses were clean. The rooms were ok not bad not amazing, they could do with new mattresses to be honest, but I wouldn't recommend this as an all inclusive but there were ways of getting around the cold food issue... they do a snack menu at certain times of day and it was hot and the all inclusive was just beer, water, pepsi, lemonade and local spirits but it was EXACTLY what we paid for we got it on the cheap and that's what it was CHEAP. The staff were amazing, do anything for you and a really good laugh, left them good tips. I would not go back but I might consider using it as a base if I was not AI. Not for little kids (0-3) either or disabled no access. The staff made it bearable in the end, it was just the food that let it down other than that we had a wicked time. Don't come to this hotel if you have high standards it was a cross between self catering and and a hotel trying to gain its life back."

"Just returned from a 7 day holiday at the Country Club Hotel, this is never a 3 star, more like a 1 star! Everyone that eats there was ill, the drinks were never cold, we bullied the manager to get a fridge in that worked, it took 5 days mind. The food was never hot, the glasses were never cleaned, if they had anything you could drink that is. Local beer, Pepsi, water and that was it, all inclusive, was a no for this hotel. A new manager arrived half way through the holiday, he's trying his best, but my advice is never book this hotel. By far the worst we have ever stayed at, if the Wings rep had bothered to turn up, I would of requested a move to another hotel, but he wasn't to be found anywhere, even when I phoned him up to arrange a meeting, he never turned up."
