"I have never looked forward to getting home .it was like a holiday from hell that you see on the TV. The hotel was having building work done on pool which we were told would be done in two days lol the pool was green and smelly . The food well don't even go there, the managers were rude and lived on another planet. No wine run out. The room was a nice size but very dirty , no hot water , taps hanging off , ants everywhere ! good luck if you decide to go money went missing out of people's room "

"we went to this hotel in nov 2012 we loved it the food was not to good at first but it got better after a guest had a word. sherif was the manager and looked after us mohammed and amr were there to look after as well and they did. the bar staff were magic we had so much fun with them we will never forget them. there were not many people in this hotel while we were there which was a shame but we had a ball with those that were there we made friends for life with them why do they not think entertainment in the evenings is not needed every hotel we have been to in egypt is the same. this has been the only let down. the rooms were great we had a ground floor over looking the pool good size rooms that were cleaned every day with clean towels every day and the sheets were nice and clean great swimming pool that was heated when we were there .we would go back to this hotel if they sort the entertainment out at night.(at and the time share people taking half the bar up at night)"

not bad but don't eat the food
"The hotel was clean, most of the staff friendly...eg Natalie fm guest relations is fab and you can go and talk to her anytime. The animation team are great, so much fun with them. Had a great massage from Epram (thanks Epram) no more pain in my legs. Apart from the food, the hotel was nice and we had a good time...thanks guys for everything."

"my daughter and i have just returned from sharm bride .nice clean hotel staff very friendly and will do anything for you .the food did get better, after a few days,the pool way kept very clean and so was the surounding areas. the pivate beach they had was bad crack,it is run down ,which is a shame because it could be a little paradize,we did talk to management about this so hopefully he will go and see for him,self the toilets there are filthy,there is no where to get food and they only serve soft drinks.we did have a nice time ,and i would go back ,thank you to hany for being so friendly,and the cleaners they never stop cleaning they deserve a medal they made us a crocadile and snake out of towels and kept our room spotless.thanks to all that made our holliday so special."

Most horrifying experience !!!!!
"I stayed at Sharm Bride Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh with three other friends from London at the beginning of December 2010.
We have partly chosen this hotel because it had gym and tennis courts on site. Upon arrival we were advised that both are still in construction, and are not yet ready.
A few days into our stay, female visitors from UK and Russia claimed that they have been constantly touched by hotel staff, and despite slaps on the face, and complaints they have continued to do so.
If any amount of money would not be locked in the safe box, it would go missing. Many people have complained about it to the hotel administration but did not go far with it. Many rooms had no safe box installed, however, after a few requested, it would be installed in the room for tips only.
Three friends from Russia were offered one double bed between three of them upon arrival. After six hours of arguing, hotel offered an additional mattress on the floor. Same guys were charged USD 300.00 for damaging the door inside the room, when it was already damaged, when the new door locally would not cost more than USD 50.00.
Staff in restaurants and bars was very rude, and would ignore visitorâs orders on most occasions. I was offered unwashed folks and knives a few times. Staff would demand tips after offering any kind of help. In addition, I was constantly offered to buy drugs by members of hotel staff.
The owner or the director of the hotel sent a manager to spy on one female visitor from Russia claiming that she is his girl friend, when she was not. The next day, one of the reps approached her male friend that she met at the hotel asking to keep away from her, as rep would lose his job.
To make matters even worse, on the day of our departure 5 Decâ10, two of my friends felt very ill after the lunch, and were very sick at the airport. I started to feel sick on the runway. It was the most horrible five hour flight of my life! My forth friend went very ill upon arrival to Gatwick. All four of us have missed next day Monday morning at work, and other people who were still at the hotel texted saying that most of the staying visitors are sick.
IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD HOLIDAY, AVOID THIS HOTEL !!!!!
