Loved every minute of it!!!!!
"My girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon. On first impression the hotel from the outside looked a tad dated but we were not let down at the inside. We were taken to our room to drop off our bags and were delighted with the room let alone the view over the water park with the sand dunes and mountains in the backdrop.
The food is ok not anything to rave about but ok. But remember it is self service so be prepared to shoulder wrestle with extremely ignorant Germans and Russians. The staff are the nicest people I have ever met in any country and couldnât do enough for you. if you are anything like us we quickly got to know the staff and we were even taken into Hurghada by one staff member who took us to the old town and showed us around, it was an amazing night so donât be shy to head into town its a great experience.
If you are planning a day trip donât use your local travel rep they are too expensive speak to Tito or Sing Sing in the lobby of the hotel they arranged amazing prices for us for amazing trips into the desert on quad bikes and snorkelling in the red sea. Your rep will warn you that they donât have insurance but its rubbish itâs the rep trying to deter you going elsewhere.
The hotel has a large water park which I highly recommend loads of great rides and the pools are spotless. I was amazed at how well the grounds are kept absolutely pristine!! The hotel workers are cleaning the pools and surrounding areas from around 7 am to 9am.
If you travel by taxi into Hurghada remember to haggle with everyone as they will try and charge you 50 but pay no more than 25 and agree this before you jump into the taxi.
I have to say there is loads more to say about the holiday but I donât think I would be able to cram it all in!
We will definitely be planning on going back to Hurghada in the near future"

Was ok, not recommended.
"My partner and I were due to go to Mexico on 8th May but it was cancelled due to the flu outbreak. We therefore booked a last minute deal to Egypt, us both having been there 3 times before (Sharm, Sharm and Dahab).
Our last trip to Dahab was fantastic so we knew we had sun sea and the gorgeous coral reef in store.
When we arrived, the hotel was shaped like a boat in a grey/white/blue colour and was in need of some serious updating.
We were shocked to see it wasn't located on the beach, as we'd read reviews saying the beach was located just outside. Turns out we were reading reviews on the TITANIC SPA AND RESORT (don't be fooled!!!!).
- The hotel had good reception staff. Sim Sim and Amr are good fun (excursion guys) and the hotel had a 'titanic ship' feel to it on the inside.
- The room was very spacious, clean and modern. Each room has a safety deposit box at NO charge which you enter in your own code. Very safe and we used it the whole 2 weeks we were there. Some hotels charge a fortune for these boxes.
- The pools were really good, especially the areas for children as it was away from the adults.
- AQUA PARK WAS GOOD!!! River rafting also. I recommend the Tsunami. Was good fun and keeps children and adults like us entertained.
- Popcorn/candyfloos machine (ok you had to pay 10LE for this, but was good!!!)
Bad points.... (i'll try not to focus on these TOO much).
- The food was ok, i've had worse at AI hotels. It did get quite repetative and it seems as though things were used from lunch for dinner. Nonetheless, eadible.
- Washing the poolside which was VERY slippery. We didn't see anyone slip but i really didn't like walking over it as it was so dangerous. They did this every day during 9-11.a.m. which i thought was dangerous as many people are finishing breakfast and heading outside.
- The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to go to it's sister hotel, Ali Baba's, beach. The beach was awful. The staff also really hassled you. I having dark hair and blue eyes and my partner having long blonde hair and brown eyes, they wouldn't leave us alone!!!!!!
- The beach at Ali Baba was rubbish. Compared with Dahab coral reef, this was destroyed by Russians and ignorant people standing on and not giving any care to the reef. It felt like a spannish beach front. As a keen diver and snorkeller, the reef was VERY disappointing.
To sum the holiday up - we made it as good as we could. We stayed around the pool more because the beach was very poor. I think Hurghada in general is too tourist and commercial now compared to some parts of Egypt so i'd avoid it really. The town was very busy and one stall man told us to [--] OFF because we wouldn't buy a bracelet from his store.
Ministry of Sound is good to see as is some of the beach bars in Hurghada, but do this in the evening and be careful of mosquito bites.
Overall we wouldn't recommend the hotel or the area, but if you did fancy Hurghada, than check out some of the other hotels nearby and just pay to use Titanic's aquapark.
Egypt is much better than this - so don't be off put by this review. We intend on visiting again, but not Hurghada."

hotel is good value, shame about some guests!
"we stayed at this hotel, by mistake really we were planning on staying at the beach resort and spa as we had read better reviews then of this one, but die to a mistake by the wife when booking it ( possibly) we were in this one, but it is not all bad far from it.
We got there later then expected after going to the wrong hotel ( another self inflicted problem) and first impressions wer enot great to be fair, food seemed poor the night we got their and although i wanted to keep hopes up for our two kids ( 5 and 1) inside i was a bit worried,
We woke up on our first real day and had breakfast which was fine, we are not fussy eater adn like to try most things they had a pretty broad spectrum of foods and was enough selection for anyone who is willing to have a go, breakfast they make omelettes and pancakes for you there and then dinner always has a kids option burgers, chicken nuggets etc etc and they cook pasta for you and add what you wish, to sum up the food it is not english breakfasts roast beef etc etc but it improved every day and was nice to be fair, maybe our first night was a off one as food we could not complain about.
the hotel was clean and the man who done our room was polite, friendly and always made sure we had what we needed, the water park was good fun when my eldest decided she wanted to go on the kids slides she could not be stopped and loved it - the only warning i would say is the pools were quite cold and until you brave them the kids can be a bit nervous they has a wave pool and lots of kids little slides and more for the adults, all in all for a all inclusive on a budget it was a good hotel and made it a good holiday.
the only negatives i can say is it is occupied by lots of eastern europeans and not judging all people the idea of queueing is how can you say foreign to some of these people, i waited in line for the food for someone to attempt to push past me to serve himself like i am invisible ( i am 6ft 3) some of them even push past my daughter in order to get there drinks first!!!!!!!!!!
the sunbed staffw ere good but you could go out to the pool early in the morning and 90% of the sunbeds had random items on them, even though signposts forbidding it are around,
I spoke to my wife on the holiday and asked if she could fault anything on the holiday and in terms of it being a reasonably cheap holiday for us she said no in regards to the staff and most other things just some of the people using the hotel were only interested in themselves, to be fair some of the guests were friendly and loved our youngest who patrolled the hotel regularly smiling at everyone.
The beach bus which ran every 15 mins was fine and snorkelling was excellent, If you are one to make the most of your holidays and not going to a home from home then i would say this is a good place to go, it is a 4 star hotel and the facilities are as such not perfect but i dare say there is lots more.
nice hotel, food fine, rooms nice size and clean, pools nice but cold, enjoy we did!"

Fantastic Holiday! Would go back next week!
"Well...what can I say about this hotel? Absolutely fantastic!
To begin with on our first night I think we would have given this hotel a 1/5 star rating because we were a bit edgy and annoyed with a couple of points: 1. our hotel room was at back of complex (which actually turned out to be better, nice and quiet) 2. We had to wait for our room but we were given a king-size room instead! 3. We were sat on a table of four for two of us and then got put with a German couple, which we were not impressed about (we stated this and managed to get a table for 2 for rest of holiday).
However, next morning our views completely changed. The hotel is amazing and the resort has everything that anyone can need. The slides are so much fun...did not get bored of them. The pools were great, massive but absolutely FREEZING! We never had to get up early to save beds as hardly anyone was around until 10 when the slides opened! Pools were kept really clean and everywhere in the hotel was spotless. The hotel was cleaned from before 8am up until midnight every day. The staff were amazing, couldnât do enough for ya. Was not impressed by the beach at all! it was OK but very stony, def need water shoes to go into sea!
The entertainment was quite poor but they did try hard and worked hard. Not much else around the hotel to do...only some shops along the road!
Finally, there were lots of other nationalities until schools broke-up for Easter but all English stick together and were all polite to one another! Germans, Russians and other nationalities were quite rude and do not know what queue is, but as long as you expect that then you won't be surprised by their attitudes!
Overall, the holiday was amazing and I wish we'd booked for 2 weeks instead of 1 and will def be going back again! I very highly recommend this hotel for anyone, except those who want nightlife and great entertainment."

A relaxing Holiday
"I have just returned from this hotel following my annual two week getaway from the pub trade. (I am a head Chef & GM)
I will start by clarifying a few points made by other reviewer's:
Mohhamad of Med Hotels (part of Last Minute) is a nightmare, but I don't think he does it in a malicious way, it is just him. Having researched prior to the trip, we knew exactly what trips we wanted to go on and duly booked them via him. On two ocassions he was late to collect payment, the other we had to cancel due to illness which was not well received, I can only assume due to loss of commission. If you can, pay him by cash (EL) as his card machine seems to malfunction after your issuer has authorised but his bank claims it hasn't gone through. Thus tying up funds while your card company sorts it out.
Yes it is bland and was sometimes cold, the latter I believe to be due to a lack of fuel for the chaffing dishes. But I would challenge anyone to do a better job for around 2500 meals for 8 different nationalties with a cuisine that is not the national dish every day, 7 days a week. There were some very odd combinations on offer but also some great ones, the worst meal we had was on the 1 day Luxor trip and not in the hotel.
Not quite what I expected but very clean and the rooms were comfortable. Service from all departments, bar to pool was very good, but keep a wad of 5EL notes to use as tips for the poolside boys.
The hotel is German owned thus lots of German's, Poles etc, the Russian contingent use the hotel due to a tourism campaign by the Egyptian government that backfired and there are Brits about if you listen hard enough."

Bad Rep and Food
"THIS WAS A LOVELY LOOKING HOTEL.
Mohamed of Med Hotels, we were meant to meet hime on our 1st morning, we arrived but Mohamed did not, we went back to the room as my Wife was ill (not due to Egypt) the next day we got a lettter through the door to meet Mohamed, we did not go as my Wife was still in Bed. The next day we got another letter, my wife was feeling alot better so we went to meet Mohamed...well my first impression was he was not interested in us as gusts just a meal ticket. He asked my wife where she was on the 1st day, we told him he was late and she did not come to the second meeting as she was ill. First of all he did not admit he was late or a simple apology, he aslo did not ask my wife if she was feeling better...no he went straight in and put down the other trip advisors in the Hotel, and told us they could not be trusted...then went in with the hard sell..As we had been to Egypt on 2 other occasions we were not interested in trips, but only the relaxation and the waterslides. We later got speaking to other English Holiday Makers who confirmed he was late 20 minutes on the 1st day and also he gave them departure cards...you need these prior to the arrival at the Airport to save time, we were not given these cards and found out people who booked trips with Mohamed got the cards the people that didnt book trips did not find out about the cards untill the day of leaving. After the the meeting we only see Mohamed once...this man did not have the time to speak with us as we did not line his pockets with our hard earned cash, and he never advised us of any local amenities only the trips he was providing. We found the shops 200 metres down the road we also found the shops 400metres down the road, and the diving bay on the beach and shark diving and water sports..to get there you go through the Ali Baba Hotel about 10 mins walk...he did not tell us this we found this out from another couple.
I have been to many destinations ie: Luxor, Sharm, Jamaica, Cuba , Bulgaria just to name a few and have never met a rep as selfish as MOHAMED OF MED HOTELS.
This is 1 of many All inclusive Hotels Me and my wife have travellled too, and have never had to buy our Fruit..Yes Fruit is charged extra and is not on your all inclusive, there is no fruit at breakfast , Lunch or Dinner, the fruit cocktails non / alcholic are also charged extra, so you have local spirits and beer, alot of the time flat beer, if you dont drink...tough all there is a machine like you get in pubs (carbonated) coke/sprite,apple, and orange tango, but i do not belive they clean the pipes as often as they should as there seemed to be a twang...Now we went to the sister Hotel....ALI BABA across the road..we had sprite and coke and tasted 100 times better than any of the coke / sprite we had in the Titanic Aqua park, we also had lunch at the ALI BABA BEACH BAR, and the chips were Hot...yes Hot, as we could not get Hot chips anywhere in the Titainc, we had lunch several times in the pool bar the chips were always cold, the burgwers were always uncooked....stick with the Hot dog, it was nice and spicy.
The food in the Hotel Main restaurant( i know what your thinking, your thinking this geezer is fussy ) was absolutely bland and if not cold, im not fussy i just like to eat on holiday as im sure you do...of a evening there was salad / rolls...and plent of it..as for others...rice plenty of and chicken..the same night after night. As i said breakfast no fruit..plent of ham cheese rolls...salad...and sausages in a stir fry if you like this in the morning its great...
We had christmas dinner..there was a ton of fruit, did not loook healthy but it was there...the bext day...there was no fruit...the display of fruit was for look only and i for one do not understand why they did not put it out for breakfast the following morning.
80% of the staff were friendly and helpful, but there was a few that had a chip on there shoulder but certainly they enjoyed the company of the Russians / Germans, which THE hOTEL WAS 70% RUSSIAN.
The entertainement was sounded out in German Russian and even Dutch...But not English...
If you are still reading, please be very careful what hotel you pick, when i read the reports about food i thought fussy people, but there remarks ion the quantity and the quality of this hotel was true.
Happy New year."

First and last time in Egypt
"The Hotel was lovely and the staff were brilliant. Rooms very clean and spacious. The food was awefull! i'm not fussy but really it was such a let down. We all got Egypt tummy and had to go to the Pharmacy. The pools were FREEZING and the hotel was full of Russians who are quite frankly the rudest people on earth! The weather was stunning ! 27-28 degrees the whole 10 days."

"Stayed here August 25th to 9th September. Hurghada airport you get hassled with people with boards with your names on, whether or not they are your reps or not trying to get the visa money out of you.
Hotel 15 min drive no more.it's more 3/4 star not 5, as owner won't refurbish hotel.Staff are friendly once they realise your not russian or eastern european. foods ok but does get repeated 2nd week of holiday, and you have to push russians and germans to back of queue for food otherwise they will push in.
Rooms are big (1 x adult, 1 x child, partner had 1 adult plus 3 kids comfortable). if you not happy with room go to desk and will be moved. Aqua park good not enough rings or mats and russians, east europeans and Germans will jump queue to get rings, Stand up to them. They back down.
Lobby bar staff great be polite and if you take GBP's and tip they will serve you first even with a big queue. You get served in half pint glasses so take a plastic pint glass if you don't want to keep going back for drinks,(tip the bar staff and you'll be fine).
if you want a quiet pool area go to the right as you leave the lobby up by the clown shower i.e. couples. Go left or over the bridge for Kids familys and aqua park.
Watch out for the reps if they offer you 10 Egyptian pounds for 1 british pound don't take it stick with the Hotel rate. I.e Luxor trip, My partner and 3 kids £315 English, £3150 Egyptian, Hotel rate 9.65 Egyptian work out to £3039. Good trip but long and they will take to shops on trip and you get hassled constantly.
Big shopping centre 15min walk to the left as you walk out the hotel, not the bazarrar but past that. which has a McDonald's, supermarket and a good chinese take away forget the name. with a visit.
Taxis you have to haggle a price, I paid a £100e return to hurghada marina and the next night single from the mall to the hotel they wanted £60e, it's a 15min walk, so haggle paid £30 in end.
very enjoyable for me, quite happy to sunbathe and to hit the aqua park slides. If you want any info just contact me at [---]"

Great family holiday without spending a fortune.
"Primasol Titanic Aqua Park Hotel provided one of the best holidays I have had with the family. The Aqua Park was terrific and kept the kids happy most of the day although I must admit I enjoyed it just as much (a big kid really). The variety of rides was excellent. The rest of the pools were not to busy with plenty of sun beds and a lot more relaxing for sunbathing under the clear blue sky.
The rooms were spacious and clean with fresh towels and water provided every day. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful (the odd tip was really appreciated) and ensured special attention. The pools and gardens were clean and well maintained. The food was buffet service and although there were dishes I was unsure of, there was a good selection which meant that even for my son (who is a fussy eater) there was always something he liked.
Most nights because of the kids we stayed around the hotel and enjoyed the entertainment provided by the animation team who worked during the day and presented shows late into the evening to keep everybody entertained having fun. Kids loved the cub dances.
We went on the all-day snorkelling trip, you go on a boat out to the coral reef and then snorkel in what I can only describe as a giant tropical fish tank Then a lunch provided by the crew and a visit to Paradise Island were you go ashore and relax on the beautiful beach and swimming in crystal clear water.
We were only there for a week and we all would have loved to stay longer and will definitely be going back in the near future.

Very Very Good Hotel
"Just arrived back from, Primasol Titanic Aqua Park (not Titanic Spa Resort which is just up the road). This is a brilliant hotel cannot fault it. Canât believe what some of the reviews said.
We usually stay a little further down the road at Dana Beach. But, wanted Titanic this year because of the water park for my 10 yr old. If I really wanted to find fault the only thing I could say the décor is a tiny bit dated !
However everything else is fantastic, the Hotel is spotless I have never stayed in such a clean hotel. We are quite seasoned travellers and do at least one 4/5 star all inclusive holiday a year. The staff canât do enough for you and are polite and cheerful all the time nothing seems to much trouble for them.
The water slides are fantastic and lifeguards are on duty all the time at all the pools.
The food, as with most all inclusiveâs gets a bit samey but you can always find something. The pool bar serves very good hotdogs and burgers at lunchtime right through to tea time, if you donât want a sit down meal in the middle of the day.
The rooms are cleaned each day from top to bottom and fresh towels put out. Beach towels are provided by the hotel. Maybe idea not to add the weight of towels to your luggage as most people got charged excess weight charge on the way home !! (us included £72 for 6kg over!!!!!!!!!!! ) it seemed the done thing for all the airlines at Hurghada airport.
The excursions are the usual you would expect, the quad bike desert trip is good but very very hot and it is a very long day but we were glad we did it .The entertainment is ok but most people tended to sit in the lobby at night. There is mini disco each night early doors for up to 12 years old.
All in all I rate this hotel 10 out of 10. You will not be disappointed
