Aris Villa
In an elevated position above nearby Hetty's Houses, the Villa Aris affords spectacular views. In the foreground, an old disused wine factory and in the background sweeping views of Pylos Town and the historic island of Sfakteria. With around 20 steps up to the Villa Aris, guests with mobility problems may find that this villa is unsuitable for them. This bright and airy white-washed villa has an open-plan living room and dining room and well equipped kitchen.

Avlaki Villa
These traditionally stone built villas are set in beautifully picturesque surroundings, the views over Navarino Bay and Pylos will leave you in awe. The Avlaki and Melistra villas are newly built, with tiled floors throughout and light wood furnishings giving a very modern but simple and comfortable feel. The location of the villas could not be better for a break from the daily grind of work, but despite being a short car journey to the beach or restaurant, it is not completely out in the sticks.

Eleonas Cottage Apartment
A cluster of apartments in a perfect location ideal for exploring glorious beaches. Eleonas Apartments belong to our local agent Yiannis and his Dutch wife Inge. Yiannis knows the expectations of Simply Travel guests and his apartments fulfil all our criteria: a beautiful location, comfortable accommodation and a friendly atmosphere. The views are enchanting, particularly at sunset, encompassing Sfakteria island, Pylos town and Divari lagoon.

Hettys Houses Villa
Charming modern cottages within walking distance of the beach. Tucked away along a small country lane, behind a partly disused wine-factory, these three detached houses stand within easy walking distance of the sandy beach of Yialova and its tavernas.

Nestoras Villa
Superb views are a delightful feature of this elegant modern villa. Villa Nestoras shares the hillside above Yialova with 11 other villas, each with its own pool, including its sister properties Yialova and Ambeli villas (see page 59). The properties are spread out amid olive groves to ensure privacy in this romantic location.

With well tended gardens and a very large pool and only two minutes drive from a number of sandy beaches, the Paleokastro Villas are the perfect place for families and couples alike to get away from all the stresses of daily life. Inside the tiled floors and dark wooden furnishings are fairly typical of a Greek villa, the open plan kitchen and living area give the villa a very spacious, bright and airy feel.

Three recently-built villas with private pools set on a hillside in a quiet country setting. These three detached villas with private pools are part of Yiannis and Inge's lovely empire. They are situated on a different hill from Eleonas Apartments and Villas Stephanos and Nikitas, with views across the olive groves to the sea beyond, in an even more unspoilt and tranquil location along a steepish unmade road.

Identical villas in a wonderful position boasting spectacular sea views. Yiannis and Inge, the owners of Eleonas Apartments, have built twelve detached villas, spread out over their extensive hillside plot which have since become their pride and joy.
