- visit the excellent cake shop called Bulvar at the intersection of the main road through town and the turnoff to Yalikavak. Great cakes and bread. HenryAUS
- Go on a day trip, try the markets or gold centre, the water park is also amazing, lovely days out! Don't buy from the on site shop v expensive!! ZoZo81
