There is nothing to mar the fabulous sea views enjoyed from Villa Jelovic on its cliffside perch, a short walk outside a sleepy harbour town. Imagine waking up in the morning and flinging open the French windows leading from your bedroom on to a terrace and the view that greets you is a wide-ranging coastal panorama, with distant island and mainland outlines glistening in the early morning sunlight.

Nestled in an elevated position, on a green hillside above the beautiful blue-green bay of Trpanj and behind a light screen of pine trees, Villa Maestral stands, keeping an unobtrusive eye on the harbour below. The building houses two upper floor apartments, in addition to the owners and their family who live on the ground floor. They are very friendly and hospitable, so sharing the villa’s grounds with them is more likely to be a pleasure than an inconvenience.
