An inspired renovation of an old house located in an unspoilt village in the western hills of Crete typifing the charm of Crete. This charming village, high up in the hills of Western Crete, is the archetypical Cretan mountain village. The local baker doubling as a mini-market is on the main street, along with a couple of kafenions and a taverna. The motor vehicles weaving the course of the narrow road are watched with detachment by the locals sipping their ouzos.
