The nearest beach is approximately a 5 minute walk away, however the main beach of Mega Amos is a further 10 minute stroll away where you will find a selection of water sports.

Family-run and friendly, the hotel is set 200m back from the beach. It has a very attractive design, with a predominantly blue and white colour scheme. The 47 rooms are housed in various low-rise buildings in the gardens around the large freshwater swimming pool (depth 1.20m-2.50m). Rooms are spacious, simple and attractive, all twin-bedded with cool marble floors, telephone, shower room and large balcony. Some have partial or side sea views, the rest have delightful mountain views.

The Agios Nikolaos is situated on a tranquil headland approximately 1km from the centre of Sivota and stands in its own, beautifully landscaped gardens that sweep all the way down to a virtually private beach. Notwithstanding the size of the grounds and range of facilities offered, the hotel is small enough to retain a pleasantly intimate feel.
