Set beside a babbling stream and converted from a large 17th-century house, this small hotel assails the senses. Owned and designed by Paco Entrena, each of the spacious bedrooms has been decorated, furnished and named after a different colour or theme....earth tones, ochres, fuchsias, olive greens and turquoises to name a few.
