Holiday Watchdog: Santa Ponsa Reviews
On the SW coast, 30km from PMI airport and 5km south of Magalluf, Santa Ponsa is a family orientated resort with a fine sandy beach and good mixture of daytime and evening activities.
Many properties are only open between May and October and in high season watersports such as scuba diving and dry-land activities such as horse riding, football, tennis and golf are all available too. At night there are irish, scottish, karaoke and themed bars to keep the younger clientele happy into the early hours. There is an abundance of restaurants and cafes serving international cusine from Italian to Chinese and a number of fast food places and kebab houses too.
Serious shoppers should think about going into Palma, although there are a handful of small shops and stalls in the resort centre. Dont miss the weekly market in Calvia. |
