Nick & Stella offer you a warm welcome to The Lawns Hotel, which has been upgraded and has achieved the AA 4 diamond rating. We are a fully licensed family run hotel, which is completely non-smoking, in the popular resort of Sandown, Isle of Wight. The Lawns Hotel has kindly accepted the Island Smoke Free Award 2005 from the Isle of Wight Public Health. The Lawns Hotel was built in 1865. We have ample parking for over 15 cars, and with only a stroll to the beach you can leave your car in the safe knowledge that our premises are protected with CCTV.
Sandhill Hotel, situated on the Isle of Wight, off the South coast of England, is a spacious hotel situated in a pleasant residential area of Sandown. The beach, town centre and railway station are all within easy walking distance. The hotel offers all the comfort and facilities to let our guests of all ages enjoy their ideal holiday on the beautiful Isle of Wight in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere for all, especially families. We also cater for group bookings & coach parties.
There is full central heating in all rooms, a pay phone is available and the premises are covered by a Full Fire Certificate. We have no petty restrictions, you are free to come and go as you wish. The enjoyment of good food is an important part of any holiday and Ashleigh House Hotel is noted for giving you separate tables, and we offer good home cooking with a varied choice of menu. Our meal times are planned to allow you to make the most of your free time. Breakfast being served between 8-30 - 9.00 a.m. and evening meal at 6.00 p.m. You may enjoy a drink in the friendly atmosphere of the comfortable bar lounge where coffee is always available for guests not wishing to take advantage of the the well-stocked bar and extensive wine list. A deposit of forty pounds per adult applies if you wish us to book the car ferry Children are welcome but no cots provided

The magnificent sweep of Sandown Bay, set on the South-East coast has few equals. Protected on the North by Culver Cliff and to the South by Dunnose Head, the six miles of golden sand are shared by the resorts of Sandown and Shanklin. Grange Hall is a convenient base from which to explore the rest of the beautiful island. All rooms are non smoking. A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking. 20% non-returnable deposit will be taken. There is no smoking in any of the rooms, but allowed in the bar area only. Children aged between 2 and 8 years are charged at half rate and between 9 and 13 years three quaters. If check in any later than 23:00 please phone & make arrangements.
