This pretty farm building combines traditional Tuscan charm with modern furnishings, and has magical views towards San Gimignano.

A superbly restored farmhouse set in lovely countryside &looking towards the thirteen towers of medieval San Gimignano. Perhaps the owners had the recent restoration in mind when naming their two-storey farmhouse for it now boasts all manner of modern-day conveniences such as satellite TV in all the apartments.

Justifiably one of our most popular properties: a wonderful location complemented by superior accommodation & friendly hospitality. With windows framing one of the most evocative sights in Tuscany - the medieval towers of San Gimignano above a rolling patchwork of yellow fields and green woods - it is no wonder that one of the six apartments at Il Coltro is called 'La Veduta' - the view.

The accommodation comprises a large living area with a high-beamed ceiling and seating area. Wooden stairs lead up to a wooden-floored gallery - with a sofa that can be converted into a double divan bed - which looks down onto the living area. An archway leads to the spacious, newly fitted kitchen with marble surfaces. Some steps lead down to a small room where there is a wood-burning oven for making pizzas and a charcoal burning oven for barbecue-style cooking.

A charming villa set in a cypress-tree-lined garden with a lovely pool within a few kilometres of historic San Gimignano. Villas with their own swimming pools are a rare find in Tuscany so we were particularly pleased to find Villa Il Melograno in a superb location close to the medieval must-see hilltop town of San Gimignano.

Step outside Il Pozzo and enter the medieval world of San Gimignano. The apartment's central location within the old city walls is a real asset. The famous Torre della Podestà, one of San Gimignano's original towers, can even be seen from the apartment itself. On the first floor of a medieval palazzo, the apartment has been beautifully restored, maintaining many of its original features. Due to internal steps, this property is not suitable for children or infants.

L'Affresco is a charming apartment, with its combination of rustic Tuscan charm and modern furnishings and fittings. Situated on the first floor, up a flight of stairs, the apartment has a partially open-plan living space, comprising lounge area with sofa and TV, modern fitted kitchen area and small dining area.

This charming little, family-run hotel is just 5km from San Gimignano, surrounded by sloping Tuscan hills of olive and cypress trees. The hotel has a beautifully-kept garden with fruit trees and an abundance of bright, lovingly tended geraniums, providing a perfect setting for the pretty swimming pool.

The apartments we have chosen at Macinatico Uno are in the main house and are well furnished in typical Tuscan style, with modern kitchen units. All bedrooms have the great advantage of having en suite bathrooms making them ideal for larger parties.

We are delighted to offer Poggioluglio as part of our Tuscany programme. This property offers splendid views of the surrounding countryside and is ideally located, only a stone's throw away from historical San Gimignano. The owners who have cats and dogs live in a separate house but share the grounds and lovely swimming pool normally in use approx. May-Sep.

Stunning views of San Gimignano & luxuriant gardens - a Tuscan idyll Ripabella's swimming pool and garden terraces share what must be one of the most enviable views in Tuscany - rolling Chianti hills decked with vines and olives, crowned by the incredible profile of San Gimignano only 9km away.

A lovingly restored hideaway full of historic charm with stunning views in all directions. Situated high on a hilltop between Certaldo and San Gimignano, this enchanting ancient farmstead is blessed with truly sensational views in all directions - stretching as far as the Apuan Alps in the northwest, whose rugged peaks shimmer white not from snow but from Italy's purest marble.

Conveniently located just outside the city walls of San Gimignano, Villetta Casa Alberto enjoys a peaceful location with uninterrupted views over the beautiful, surrounding valleys. Originally a hay store, this tiny building has been lovingly converted. The entrance door leads straight into the living room/kitchen area from which a flight of stairs leads to a gallery with a double bed.
