St. Florent has few detached houses to let so we have always been pleased to feature this individual little villa, situated just 100 metres from the sea as the crow flies (350m by road). Now that M. and Mme. Amadei, the owners, have built a kidney-shaped swimming pool, we are even more pleased to offer the villa, which we are sure will sell out quickly, even though the villa is simple.
