Located a five-minute drive from the village of Arriate is Casa Carpía, a pretty, traditional villa set in its own lawned grounds. The interior of the villa is light and airy and simply but comfortably furnished. Some rooms have attractive antiques and the living room has a open fireplace and doors leading out on to the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and twin bedroom complete the downstairs level. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms - a twin and a double - and a second bathroom. The double room has doors which lead out on to a sunny roof terrace.
