This villa is located down a side road in a quiet area surrounded by other private villas just outside the village of Peyia. The villa is well maintained and benefits from good views over Coral Bay. Just 3kms from the centre of Peyia village where there are a variety of restaurants, tavernas and shops.
This spacious villa has a bright and minimalist feel. There is a large veranda surrounding the cream and white walls leading you to the front door. This one storey villa has a large lounge/dining area with natural floor tiles, sofas, dining table and a TV. The kitchen is in an older style with fitted units and includes an oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and washing machine. There are three bedrooms, one double with en suite shower room and two twins all with pine beds and light walls. The house bathroom has a full bath, shower attachment, basin and wc. At the back of the villa there are great views of the surrounding fields, with a rectangular swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas.
