- wear something on your foot..the beach is not so clean :( Jchoe
- remember that IS penang and so the beaches are not as beautiful as it used to be m-sha00
- Go to the night markets along the main street. Eat at Long Beach food markets...cheap and tasty boondy
- visit the night markets for kitschy items. Penang is also well known for its local food - make sure you try them! igotthis
- eat at the hawker centre near the night market Glamanda
- visit the hawker centre which will be about a 10 min walk, past the night market. The hawker centre here has several tvs where we watched the worldcup Papi_UK
- see the sunset (hint, if it's particularly cloudy there will be no sunset), have dinner at Long Beach Hawkers, grab some bargains at the night markets Leesree_and_Subbi
