The villa is owned by Criss, an American born in France, and his wife Nicola, who was born in Portugal but raised in Sweden, and the unusual interiors reflect this cosmopolitan heritage. Quinta do Arco is a veritable treasure chest of curious antiques and remarkable artefacts that Nicola and Criss have collected on their extensive travels.
