Beach
- find the shopping area near the beach . we missed it on our first trip to maspalomas . it was 3km from our complex !! bmw777
- In Maspalomas, see the sand dunes from the beach and spend an evening or more on the boulevard, several great restaurants overlooking the sea. Summer_angel04
- You stay near the light house area, fantasticly clean tidy and fab restaurants too. Lancslass40
- Make sure you Eat at Grand Italia Restaurant its the best. Ruben is the best waiter, friendly, charming and down to earth. He is a real star NeilB1974
- It is quiet, any nightlife is in nearby Playa del Ingles which is a 15 minute walk away but up a steep hill! peterchapman7179

- Walk to the lighthouse. the shops around there are posh but well worth a look! homeanddry
- take a day out to porto morgan by bus, shutle boat back to porto rico lunch and taxi home, go early and on market day simmo228
- don't expect it to be Blackpool with sunshine !! It's a gentile Resort with little for youngsters. Night life is at Playa del Ingles. Bobster2429
