The hotel is furnished throughout in the Sicilian and Austrian style of the 19th century. Arciduca Grand Hotel also has a central location and is only a five minute walk from Lipari's main street with shops and restaurants, the lively square, the port of Marina Corta and the little beach of Pontinente. The property is divided into three buildings forming a hamlet. One building houses the reception, lounge, reading room, breakfast room and bar on the ground floor and some bedrooms on the second and third floors.
