Newly built for the 2005/06 season, the Residence offers a high standard of spacious accommodation and a comfortable base ideally located only 300m from the Telecabine Du Diable and just behind the Place de Venosc with its restaurants, shops and bars. This comfortable residence is planned to be created from total renovation of an existing hotel. It will bw conveniently located at the entrance to the resort and next to the base of the Vallée Blanche chair lift which offers direct access to the extensive ski area.
It plans to offer top quality apartment accommodation in a rustic, alpine-style building. Interiors are planned to be cosy, with a wood finish. The residence is situated alongside the main road that runs through the resort, with shops, restaurants and nightlife all within easy reach. A free ski bus runs from in front of the property (up to 8pm), linking the property with all areas of the resort, including the main Jandri lift in the centre approximately 1km away.
