The nearest restaurant is close by with mini markets and tavernas only a few hundred metres away. Kolios beach is only 500m away so its in a great location half way down the island which means the island, its town and its beaches are all within easy reach by local bus or rented car.

Accessed via a sloping track 10 minutes from the main road and a further 5 minutes down to Kolios beach. One of the few properties to have a pool for relaxing afternoons. The nearest mini-markets and tavernas are only a few minutes walk away and Kolios is ideally located halfway between Skiathos Town and Koukounaries.

Due to the location of the property, guests will have to walk the last 6 minutes from the transfer coach luggage is delivered.
A woodland area surrounds the Hermes Apartments and the complex is dotted with scented olive trees. There is a very relaxing feel and facilities are suited to couples or families who want to discover wonderful Skiathos
These modern and well maintained studios are situated on a main road approximately 7km from Skiathos Town on the main coast road to Koukounaries. They are within easy reach of both sandy beaches of Kolios and Nostos. The two adjacent buildings are set in pine trees and overlook the swimming pool area. A taverna, supermarket and bus stop are within 5 minutes easy walk. The excellent and friendly staff will ensure you have a pleasant stay.
Quietly positioned and set in a lovely garden, these well-maintained twin or double-bedded studios one of which sleeps up to 3 people, are set back up a track quite steep in places about 400 metres from the main road and about 10-12 minutes walk from Kolios beach. The Veronica has its own pool and pool bar. There are tavernas within a 10 minute walk and a mini-market one minute away. Aghia Paraskevi beach is less than 10 minutes stroll from Kolios beach, and has a good selection of watersports available. A torch is useful for late night returns. The pool bar is above 2 studios.
Quietly positioned down an unmade track quite steep in places about 300 metres from the main road, the Albanis enjoys some wonderful mountain views, and has its own lovely swimming pool. There are studios for 2, some sleep 3 and apartments for up to 5 people the fifth bed is suitable for a child or small adult. It’s 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach, and there’s a mini-market about 70 metres away. A torch is useful for late night returns. All with private shower wc, kitchenette, balcony or patio.
In Kolios up a steep hill approx 5 mins from Demetris studios, nearest taverna 50m, nearest supermarket 150 m. It is a very peaceful location in the countryside.

The nearest bar is at the Veronica Studios just 3 minutes away and the nearest taverna is a 5 minute walk. The centre of Kolios is a 10 minute walk, with the nearest beach a few minutes further. Guests will have to walk the last 10 minutes from the transfer coach. Due to its location this property is not suitable for those with walking difficulties. A torch would be useful for late night returns.
The Miltos Villas are surrounded by gardens and palm trees, with 3 of the best beaches within walking distance, where there are a variety of water sports available. There is also a supermarket next door, and a selection of bars and restaurants nearby.
