A charming house in the heart of Fornalutx village. Located close to the centre of charming Fornalutx, S'Aubareta nevertheless manages to offer complete privacy as almost all its rooms face away from the narrow lane on which it stands and instead look out over a small gully and the wooded hillside opposite.

A beautiful rural hotel in the breathtaking Tramuntana mountains. S'Olivaret has such a unique personality due to the fact that it has borne witness to the Arab conquest in the 10th-century and has even been the production centre for prize winning olive oil in the 19th-century. A large olive press stands proud in the entrance hall, bearing testament to days gone by.

A traditional old stone farmhouse with secluded garden on the outskirts of picturesque Fornalutx. Ca'n Menché once pumped water from the river below to the orchards of the village of Fornalutx. This old stone house has been faithfully restored, along with the neighbouring farmhouses, into a comfortable holiday retreat with all modern conveniences and thick stone walls to keep the house cool at the height of summer.

A rural retreat perched on the mountainside with magnificent valley views. Perched precariously on the mountainside overlooking the valley that leads down to Fornalutx and Sóller, Costa de Nico is an enchanting rural retreat. The house is positioned just off the justifiably popular scenic road that leads from Sóller to Pollença in the north, making it an ideal base for exploring the Serra de Tramuntana, as well as being a lovely spot from which to admire the gorgeous mountain views.

A spacious house conveniently located between Sóller & Fornalutx. Es Fenas is a spacious and well-appointed house conveniently located just 100m off the road linking Sóller and Pollença. The setting is certainly an enviable one as the backdrop to the terrace and pool area is a wonderful panorama of wooded mountain sides giving rise to craggy peaks, with Sóller nestling in the valley below.

A fabulous 19th-century converted olive press high in the Serra de Tramuntana. We have always sought out houses of immense character in outstanding locations far off the well-trodden track. With Sa Cabana Vella we feel that we have exceeded even our own high expectations in this regard as its location at the end of 4km-stretch of steep, narrow and winding road high in the Serra de Tramuntana may deter all except the most confident drivers, and perhaps everybody at night.
