- Take a boat trip to the beach off shore, there are a lot of boats in the pier that go there Alekito
- Try out all the great restaurants. The beach is beautiful. The nightlife is the best. LauraRod2000
- Go to Adega Nova for food - fantastic value for money - try the lamb cutlets, 7Euro. Also try getting the train to Lagos, or bus to Villamora. juliaburns
- go to Adego Nova for dinner vonnal
- make sure you go to Capela De Ossos and walk away from the centre to find cafes with locals and a market where you can buy delicious oranges! SweetestTaboo1
- don't stay on a sunday or bank holiday if you want to shop, all the shops close. But do visit the craft market on sundays. it is super bettypink
