In Corsica, houses right by the sea are rare and those with pools as well are almost unknown, so we are delighted to offer 'A Torra', two semi-detached villas with a splendid swimming pool, set in glorious grounds adjacent to a cluster of fishermen's cottages, the Marine de Farinole. Just in front of A Torra is a pebble beach and a five minute scramble around the headland brings you to a lovely sandy cove and then on to a long sandy beach with nothing behind it but a pizzeria-restaurant, which makes a convenient spot for enjoying delicious meals on the sea-facing terrace.

Kalliste Villa
Kallisté was built by a great-uncle of Maxime Fratacci in the 1930s and inside many of the original features have been retained whilst the level of comfort and convenience are that of a modern home. The centrepiece of the living-dining area is an enormous wooden circular dining table with attached bench seat made by a Swedish designer which Monsieur Fratacci picked up on his travels with the Navy. Beautiful hand-crafted tiles cover the floor of this room and the bedrooms upstairs.

Stantelli Villa
A villa located on a peaceful wooded hillside with staggering views over the Gulf of St Florent. Our selection of villas with private pools sells out so quickly that we leapt at the chance to take Villa Stantelli, a three bedroom villa with pool near St Florent. The villa was built by a family whom we already know well - the owners (who live in the neighbouring villa) are close relations of the owners of A Torra, also in Farinole, who built a gorgeous pool for our guests several winters ago. The site is exceptional; a peaceful wooded hillside between Farinole village and Farinole 'marine', with super views over to the Gulf of St Florent.

U Ciuta di Sole Villa
A welcome new addition to our selection of villas with private pools in the St Florent area. We have a long standing relationship with the Fratacci family of Farinole so we were delighted when they revealed plans to build a new villa for us next to the already popular U San Daniellu. Their commitment to quality and style is unbending so we were confident that Ciutà di Sole would match their usual high standard, amd we have not been disappointed.
