- visit Ergospasio restaurant and Spinalonga Island. Best beach in vicinity was Almiros Beach just beyond Ag Nik. claireo33
- Hire a car to get to some fabulous beaches JohnDgas
- Have a meal at Paradosiako "the traditional" sited next to the childrens play area/happy train stop. the food is delightful - try meze for two people ourmols
- visit Porto Rino and eat paella. Fantastic food, reasonably priced, super views of harbour. jb63_10
- have a car, to travel in the perfect area. take the boat to Spinalonga island- it is very interesting. go to Aios Nicholaus to night life. Oscar1954
- and take care whilst driving and upgrade your car (the car we had was terrible) , visit Spinalonga and go to Ag Nik for nightlife weeunit
- Make sure you go into Elounda town and visit the neighboring towns!! The food is amazing, and there are nice shops to see! slhannold
- Elouda is not a big town. Ag Nikolaos is the place to go for shopping in this area. sunshineKirkcaldy
- Visit the restaurant opposite the windmill (think its name is windmill in greek) grt food & gd £'s. Visit Spinalonga early in day,gts v hot & dry! happywife1
