Located in the north-east of Africa, Egypt is an Arab Republic which lies between Libya to the west and the Red Sea to the east.

Egyptian weather is as would be expected of a desert climate, very hot and very dry with temperatures typically reaching the high 30s. However, as the winter months are very mild it is an ideal place to visit between November and April.

Egypt has numerous airports each serving different parts of the country and which include Cairo International Airport, Luxor International Airport and Sharm El Sheikh International Airport.
