This cosy studio cottage brims with character & is located in pretty gardens close to the sheltered bay of Lapad. Nestling in exuberant greenery just above Lapad's pine-tree shaded pedestrianised boulevard is Magnolia, an attractive russet red studio cottage. Fig and lemon trees along with miniature palms seclude Magnolia, and owner Mara's house just below, from the boulevard with morning glory and bougainvillaea adding dashes of colour. A scene so tranquil that even the resident dog and cat laze in the warm sunshine.
An original Venetian town house 'lost' in the old heart of Dubrovnik. This delightful and cosy Venetian town house near the Music School has led something of a charmed life as it predates the 1667 earthquake, built as it is on solid stone, and it also luckily escaped damage during the siege.
Four semi-detached houses 40 meter from the water. The front terrace and the balcony have sea view and are facing west. The back terrace and garden (where a family of turtles lives!) faces east. The four houses share the garden and rear terrace and each house has also a roofed terrace and balcony in front of the house.

The Villa is located two minutes walk from main street Vojnovic, the public bus station and overlooking the beautiful peabble beach Bellevue. The walk from Villa Gregus to the Old Town will take you approximately 15 minutes.
A comfortable hillside property, well-placed for exploring Dubrovnik. The old town of Dubrovnik is extraordinarily rich in fascinating architecture which crosses ages and styles. A unique place of interest is the tiny synagogue which is hidden among the steep alleys north of Stradun. One of the oldest synagogues in the Balkans, the building dates from the 15th century, with a 19th century interior adorned with lamps, candelabras and stars of David embellishing the blue ceilings.

Karla is a comfortable apartment accessed by a steep seafront path off Zvonimira and at the top of a two-storey house; a location which offers some tranquillity in a popular town, privacy and wonderful views over Lapad bay and the open sea.

To our dear guests we offer 3 newly built apartments (2 x 4+1and 1 x 2+2), fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Even if Apartments Marija are not located exactly at the sea, some beautiful sand and rocky beaches, most of them no more than 10 minutes walk from our apartments, can be explored
The apartment Moretic is hosted by a magnificent villa, located in Orasac, a small town on the Dubrovnik coast. This beautiful apartment can accommodate up to 9 people. The villa also offers a free parking area.
