A family-run hotel on the river's edge in an 18th-century stone house. The little hamlet of Porto Antigo was the 'old harbour' which used to ship port before its quay disappeared under the pent-up waters of the Douro and its tributary, the Bestança. Just upstream of the confluence of these two rivers stands a handsome 18th-century stone house, the Casa de Rebolfe.
