The villa is in the village of Pemonia, which is between Rethymnon and Chania, so the shops and sights of both can be enjoyed easily with a car. Only 20 minutes down the road is Vrisses, well known for its yoghurt and cheese production.
It's peaceful. It's secluded. And it's got views to die for. Little Villa Theo is wonderfully placed if you're looking for a rural hideaway far from the madding crowd. That's not to say that it's remote though. It's a 30 minute drive to Kolymbari and its pebble beach.
