We have 165 Self Catering Rooms all fully equipped with 24 hour Hotel Access and 24 hour Security. We have the only 24 hour self service restaurant 'The Van Day Room'in the UK and we can provide a continental breakfast upon request. This is a budget hotel that has just been awarded 3 Diamonds, we will not compromise on cleanliness or service and we'll do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Parking at the hotel is limited , please ask reception for availability and costs. All Self Catering Rooms are fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and colour television for your convenience 1. All bookings made by credit card are debited on the date of booking. The Active Hotels policy of payment on departure is not the policy that we adopt at the Abbey. You can appreciate the low costs of our rooms mean that we have many bookings on a continual basis and the only way to safeguard your booking is for the Abbey to take the full fee in advance. If you require any assistance please do not hesitate in calling the hotel. 2. Cancellations made less than 2 days prior of your expected arrival date will not be refunded. 3. Minimum stay of 2 nights for Friday & Saturday bookings. 4. Group bookings are accepted, however we do not cater for Stag/Hen nights/weekends and will not tolerate any bad behaviour of any kind. Failure to comply with any of our 'conditions of stay' will result in the immediate removal from the premises night or day!
