Amanhavis Hotel
A romantic luxurious boutique hotel reflecting Spanish history. The town of Benahavis takes its name from Ben ('son of' in Arabic) and Havís, who reigned in Montemayor Castle, the ruins of which are visible from the side of the hotel. The castle's prominent location overlooking the coast and adjacent mountain ranges played host to various battles between the Moorish Kings in Andalucia.
