Acharavi is situated on a flat coastal plain in the north of the island backed by hills that rise abruptly to the peak of Mt Pantokrator, one of Corfu's larger mountains. Acharavi is a growing beach resort with a main street running parallel with the sea. Acharavi is suited to families and couples looking for a quiet beach holiday. You will also find several bars and clubs entertain younger visitors. Serious walkers who come to Acharavi may enjoy the stroll to Roda or strenuous hikes into the hills.
