The Hotel was clean and tidy although not near as modern as the pictures in the advertising pictures made it look. The hotel was described as 500m from the beach, in reality it was well over 1km i.e. nearly a 15minute walk.
The hotel did have air conditioning although this switched itself off when you left the room, so you always return to a hot room. The air conditioning was also very noisy and would frequently wake us up in the night. Another warning the hotel walls are quite thin and if you get noisy neighbours you can hear every word!
There was also building work going on directly opposite our bedroom window, the building was at the shell stage so I would imagine this will continue well into next year!
The food was well below average - it was the usual buffet service but the food was bland, often crispy from the heated lights, but not exactly hot either, the service area was not really big enough, nor were there enough seats at peak times during the weekend.
We were also really surprised that on our last day they was no room allocated for us or other guests leaving late to shower in - despite this being promised by the operator. But then again the tour operator did phone up the day after we booked asking for more money because the price had gone up!
Generally not a good hotel, would have been a nightmare going all that way to the beach with kids, but the beach was nice and the weather was ideal, but would I go to that hotel again? NO!

I found this hotel was not English friendly. I did not agree with them having glass around the swimming pool area, which was situated across the busy road.
Also there are no toilet facilities around the pool area, which meant you had to walk across the road (squeezing through cars), up slippery marble hotel stairs and then throughout the lobby to get to the toilet.
The food was only warm never hot! It said that the hotel was located 5 minutes walk away from the main square, which was a lie it was actually 10 minutes by taxi. And while we had our stay in the hotel there was a building site adjacent to the pool, which meant clouds of dust and muck whilst trying to sun bathe.
We were told not to take food or drink in broken English by very rude pool staff. There were no English signs say that we could not do this.
I would not recommend this hotel to any English families with or without children!
