Excellant villa for a family with children older than 6, only because the pool which was much used had a shallow end of about 4ft, so not very good for toddlers or young children that can't swim. Large pool which was great for all to enjoy and have swimming games. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and lounge were all clean and tidy. Spacious and well kept grounds. Location is on the road from Alcudia to Puerto Pollenca and turning left to Pollenca and not as shown on the map. Only reason why didn't get a 10/10 because location was a drive away from any shops/restaurants. Been to Puerto Pollensa 3 times now and best villa by far.

Lovely Villa, great for a peaceful break, but with beautiful beach of Puerto Pollensa and its amenities a short drive away.
Plenty of outdoor space. Indoor space more than adequate for our party of 5.
Would certainly return again.

We have just returned from this villa and what a fantastic time we had staying in it.
The villa is on a quiet country road and is reached by a long driveway with a gated entrance.The outside is very attractive with gardens and open fields and is very private you are not overlooked by any other property.
The pool is quite large for a villa and is 1.2m - 2m deep so no shallow end as such for toddlers or non swimming children.
Inside was very clean and well equiped.
One slight problem was there is no air conditioning which made our first night uncomfortable but i hired two fans for 20 euros a week which did the trick.
There is a TV with satellite which is ok if you speak German as all the 150 channels were German apart from 1 cnn news channel.There is a safe in the villa and radiators if you are staying in winter time.
A little to far and unlit to walk out for a meal or drink at night you have to drive there.
Overall we had a great time and would definetly stay here again.
