Been to Skala three and four years ago our villa holiday was the first we had experienced and found it very good especially having our own pool. Car was included as it was just too far to walk into town although you could perhaps would take 45 minutes.
Villa was one of four and better than we expected quite secluded although it was set on a rocky peninsula which had an amphitheatre effect with noise and you heard conversations from the neighbouring villas when sitting outside. Very well maintained with an excellent lady most of the day to clean and chat to.
Unfortunately we did find Skala had been developed somewhat since our last visit and had lost some of its Greek charm however the restaurants were good the new Symposium restaurant on the beach was excellent we became frequent customers!
