The hotel is fantastic, we had a suite and it was bigger than the house that we live in. Every thing about the hotel is luxury. The staff were very helpful. The food was superb, something for everybody’s taste, self service and as much as you like. The pool and facilities were spotless, a gym, spa for the healthy and a beauty salon for the pampered. The golf course is fabulous. Not much to do at night however the sister hotel The Marisima had entertainment .A road train was available to take you to the beach, a good 20 minute walk, all free. El Rompido is a very Spanish fishing hamlet. Plenty of restaurants and a nice beach.
It is advisable to hire a car to have a look around. We managed to visit several places including Seville.
