Submitted By: Mrs JH DeavesThe accomodation was great, quaint little bungalows - large enough for a family though. The food was fantastic - great for everyones taste. The drink was great - cocktails and beer around the pool. The entertainment staff were fab and soo funny - waterpolo and aerobics in the pool throughout the day. The kids club was great and our little boy really enjoyed mixing with the other kids - he especially like Nina who run the kids club - she was so friendly and genuinly had fun with the kids. The evening entertainment was great - everyone got involved and they have a kids disco etc every evening.
Overall a fantastic holiday - I would recommend and have done to family and friends - we will definately be going back sometime in the future! 10/10!!

Submitted By: Ms C GarlandIt is almost impossible to get get a sun bed at the pool as towels are on the beds as early as 6.30 in the morning although the occupant often did not arrive untill after 12.00. We spent the two weeks at the beach which is lovely beacuse you get the breeze but it's not a short walk to the bar. The pool is huge and all the entertainment is there during the day bit if you are not into bingo, simple simon, dancing etc the only alternative is the beach.
The food was excellent and a wide range of different dishes we available for everyone. The resteraunt upstairs to be book 2 days in advance is lovely but Greeks should not cook chinese food. The other nights a great. Only one bar is open at a time so you have to queue for some of your drinks, different drinks at different times. You can find a local brew to drink but the wine is a bit rough. Snacks are served at the pool bar, sandwiches, pies etc. Ice cream is also served all day. If you are going out for the day you can order a packed lunch from Reception as long as you order it before 17.00.
If you book with a tour operator sometimes your checkout is at 12.00 and you may not be leaving untill the early hours of the next day, if this is the case try and contact the hotel before you travel to book an extra room as there were a shortage of rooms and many could not get them.
Would we go back to this hotel no BUT we never go back to the same place.

Submitted By: Miss D Nicholasthe pool is fab, but the beaches are dirty and horrible.
the hotel is in the middle of no where, so if you like to party this hotel is not for you.
the amination team are lovely people, but clearly have no idear of acting, dancing, and singing. so i could not call what i see on our holiday anything like ENTERTAINMENT.
Of course the weather was great, i wasnt that struck on kos town ever, the hotel puts on a fee bus to the waterpark which is only a 10 min drive, so if you have children its well worth a visit.
I would not return to kos or this complex, but whilst there we did have a good time.

Submitted By: Miss D NicholasThe complex itself is lovely, the pool is lovely, the food is good, make sure you book into the themed resturant upstairs its great, the reception staff are a bit stupid, but the waiters and other staff are lovely. the animation is god well its hard to explain crap would be a word, but they are lovely when there not on stage, and great with the kids.
The rooms are fine, we had room 303, and its right by the pool, if you are a beach lover their beach is not good, its rocky and dirty in places, theres not a lot in the local town and the water at the beach is full of seaweed not very clear at all.
if you are young say in your 20;s i would advise that you dont stay here if your looking for a lively holiday has a taxi to kos will cost you 35 euro each way, and there's nothing round the hotel.
all in all we had a relaxing holiday.

Submitted By: Mrs J DesmondIn the week we were there, we found that the hotel had a good standard of cleanliness. The Resturant food was varied and catered for all needs.
We did find that there was a lack of english speaking staff though especially the reception staff during the day,who when asked questions, seemed not interested and quite rude. We also found that there was not much information on trips etc written in english on either the notice boards/information books in the foyer of hotel. (this is more than likely down to the tour operator, not actually visiting the hotel)
The beach, a short walk through the complex, and quite disappointly not kept clean, from debris and sea weed. Although quite rocky - a good clean early in the morning would make this a more inviting beach to be on.
If you are looking for a peaceful/relaxed stay around the pool area, Wednesdays are the best day.
Although the animation team work hard in keeping people entertained, the music was a little loud on occassions along with 10am wake up call....(trying to have a conversation in the pool side bar was hard work)
The stroll into the village (approx 20mins) either along the beach or the path that runs along side is well worth it. There are many hidden bars.
All in all a pleasent stay in a very clean hotel, which seems to cater more for the italians and other europeans rather than the english ( italians had there own entertainment area) But doubt very much we will be staying there again. But if we were to go to Kos again, we would more than likely stay in the village of Mastihari, where everyone we met was friendly welcoming and helpful.

Submitted By: Miss H BensonThe hotel is kept lovely and clean and the staff are more than happy to help you.
The food is lovely-there is always a selection of food out + salad + soup and lots of other bits and peices. Fair enough in the morning it doesnt change, theres eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, greek yohgurt (you must try this it is so nice, better then the stuff you get in the shops!)
All in all the foods fab!
The themed restaraunt-(above the main) you have to book which day you want to go as they have different food themes each night. We went to the chinese night. (THE ONLY BAD PART) I do not recommend the greeks doing chinese food-it really was awfull. The sweet and sour chicken tasted like christmas pudding and i dont like to say what it looked like. I would think that the greek night would be nice as they are probably used to cooking there own food!
The pool is lovely and when we went it wasnt busy and there was always sunbeds empty.
There is water aerobics to join and dancing by the pool!
The childrens entertainers did an evening performance for the adults everynight mostly + bingo. Though be warned about the caberet! The main entertainer is on the large side and her idea of a caberet was standing on stage and one by one they took a peice of clothing of her-yes which left her standing in her underwear running round the stage. This was after 10 but kids were there! Nice!!
The sea is a bit choppy so didnt really go snorkelling but when we did there wasnt much to see anyway! It is man made so dont expect anything snazzy! it is very very rocky!
The rooms were basic, bed and bathroom but to be honest you only have to sleep in there. We were out most of the day anyway. WARNING: Bring mosquito repellant (the plug in one is good) and i would advise air con (even though its 6 euros a day, if you have the window open the mosquitos will just keep coming in!)
The pillows (like everyone has mentioned) are very hard, as with the bed! was quite uncomfortable so couldnt wait to get back to mine.
Also as you walk through the archway towards the restaraunt, you do get a strong smell of cat/dog poo as they do roam around free! dont know why its just there though!
The only thing i found was that the hotel was more catered for the germans/italians/greeks etc. It was hard to know who to speak to because hardly anyone was english!
I would recommend the walk along the beach to the little village and if you are hungry there is a lovely restaraunt run by a couple from new zealand which is fab-the swordfish steak was huge! and is cheap too.
Basically, before i bore you to death-Its a lovely place to stay and dont listen to the bad reviews. You will deff enjoy it!
Have Fun

Submitted By: Mrs Sd DunningThe food was not the best really, it was just the same for breakfast, dinner an tea 2 different types of pasta 1 with butter an the other with some kind of sauce (red sauce). Also all the there was the same tuna salad wiv some purple sauce for each meal sitting which didn't look very nice. But you have got to go to the restaurant upstairs they have a different themed night everynight an the itialian night is really nice we loved it. The food wasn't too bad really some of it was nice.
The entertainment at the night was really good. Most of the animation team were really friendly ie Nina an Sonja. All the others didn't really speak english so they didn't even say hello to you which we found was really ignorant.
The only thing i would say though is if you have a problem the receiption staff are really unhelpful, they didn't seem like they wanted to help you in any way atall. Well they proberly woud of if we had of been german or italian.
All in all we had a good holiday but i think we would stay somewhere else next time.

Submitted By: Miss D HenryThe rooms are large and airy, we had a family room, and could have fit another couple of generations into it! The only drawback was we were in the block farthest from the resterunt, pool, bar, reception (some might think thats a positive) And there was a faint whiff of drains come teatime!
Everywhere was spotlessly clean, all the communal areas, they even mopped around the pool in the morning. The rooms were cleaned everyday, with clean towels and bedding once a week.
The food was plentiful, in quantity and choice, the dining area was big too, so no need to queue for tables. The waiters and waitresses were very efficient, but not as friendly as in other places, they were obviously there to work, not entertain/socialise/chat, which I have to say I quite like, especially with kids.
There was a self service beer pump at the pool bar, but you had to ask for soft drinks, ice creams were available all day, cake time between 3.30-4.30. There seemed to be a scramble for this and some nationalities were taking platefuls at a time. Sandwiches, pizza, cheese & spinach pies were also available to help yourselves to all day.
The major drawback was the amoount of sunbeds with towels on around the pool, by 8am, was ridiculous, especially when some of the inhabitants didn't get to their secured sunbed until dinnertime.
In the main bar at night there was self service soft drinks, but you had to queue for beer, which more often than not generated a long queue, especially when everyone panic bought alcoholic drinks before the 11pm cut off point.
The enetrtainment team were hard working and pleasant. There was always something to do, water polo, aerobics, boules, volleyball, darts, and a kids club twice a day. Evening entertainment was 'interesting' we found the greek night really boring, and the amazing fire eating, glass walking on, nail bed lying down act was cut short by the wind, and we saw the same 'trick' about 10 times with a 5 minute psyching himself up intermission prior to them. We clapped politely, but were glad it was over. The in house entertainment cabaret was very interesting!!!
And there isn't too much information, they give you a leaflet telling you what time meal times are and basic information about the area, but they dont tell you where the resraunt is, what time you have to vacate the rooms etc.
All in all, we had an enjoyable relaxing week with good food and good weather, the surroundings were clean and pretty and the rooms were basic but clean. I will suggest anyone who reads this before they go, take a pillow, its like putting your head on a pile of soggy newspapers!

Submitted By: bugsbunnyWhen we checked out at midday were able to use all facilities and had lunch and dinner at no extra cost.
Here we go with the complaints the teabags were very weak so if you like a good cuppa take some and the pillows are lumpy. The beach is very rocky and a bit dirty either side of the hotels beach but you can go up Mastihari a 15 minute walk.
I would reccmmend this hotel with complete confidence

" We are an 18 Year old couple!
Firstly... We didnt book the transfers as we read some reviews and found that it would be easier to get a taxi! Glad we did this as we were the first to arrive at the hotel and it was only about 15 or 20 euro! make sure u ask how much the taxi will be before gettin in as they might rip u off!
Arrived at the hotel about 3am and it was really hot!! Staff were really friendly and the man at reception walked us all the way to th door of our room (=
U need the air con as it gets really hot... my boyf had to walk bk to reception to get it cos we forgot and i had fell asleep! Tip: take the air con bit off the key to the room so that u can keep it in while u go out n the room doesnt get hot during the day!! this really helped us!
Food was ok.. not a lot of selection but they always had chips so i neva went without.
Pool and beach were great!
Apart from the local village (which is quite a walk on its own) there isnt alot around! We hired a mo-ped (reasonably cheap as, as long as u have your licence) and drove to kos town. It takes about half hour!
The only downfalls really were that there was no nightlife! And i mean NO nightlife! we only wanted something reasonable to watch of a night, i dont mean a nightclub or anything but we ended up playin cards of a night!
Other than that we had a nice relaxin sun holiday which is what we paid for really!

The village itself is really nice looking, very easthetic, pool is great and all offers within "All inclusive" are quite good: animation for kids and adults, food is really good, planty of it and gives lots of choice, especially lots of vegetables, chees, we missed more fruits though, but the oranges were very delicious, beer s nothing special, but can do, coffee is filtered and it s ok if you re not too much of a coffee lover, the choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks is quite nice.
Rooms are quite nicely equiped and large - the only problem with the room is that there are no MOSQUITO NETS - and mosquitos are a real problem !!!! Nothing helps against them and trust me - we tried everything on earth. There are also some BIG cocroaches sometimes entering rooms, but that s not a rule - mosquitos are. Only some window nets might help against them and it s a pity hotel doesn t mount them.
Another disturbing thing is AC. We thought that a 4-star hotel would have it as a standard commodity but no - they charge additional 6 €/room/day for AC, which we thought is a rip-off.
If I consider the mosquito problem and AC price - I would say it s an avarage value for money.
