Russians, Russians, Russians. All day, all night, going off their heads. Eating all the food and drinking all the drink like there's no tomorrow. very very greedy people. I seen a few of them ordering a neat spirit and covertly pouring it into a bottle for the early hours.... more

My girlfriend and I (both early 20's) stayed here and can honestly say that we had no complaints whatsoever. The fact that we went B&B had something to do with that as you will notice that most complaints come only from those staying All Inclusive moaning about the food. I... more

PLEASE take this as genuine, do not go there no matter how cheap, its awful, cold food and lack of it, no all inclusive only full board, no glasses for a drink however very little drink to choose from, no snacks ice creams of hot drinks only in the 1 restaurant. there... more

Dear Julie & Tony, I am so glad that you enjoyed your return visit to the hotel and may I thank you for writing to Trip Advisor to let me know your thoughts. It's always great to get our friends revisiting, and it was especially nice to read your comments on our "transformation" . The Team here have put a lot of effort in over the last few months and we shall continue to do so. I am glad you enjoyed our selection of food on offer, but sorry it was not quite hot enough. We have looked it to this and it has improved dramatically. It is always a challenge to keep everything to the piping hot standards of us Brits from a buffet, but it is something we will continue to focus on. Dear Guest, Thank you for posting your comments on Trip Advisor as this type fo feed back is so useful in helping us get our service and your holiday right. I am delighted that you had an enjoyable time with over the Christmas period and I shall pass on your thanks to the Housekeepers, Reception and to the Team in the Barretto Bar area. I am able to say that your comments regarding Bar and Animation have already been looked into and we have actioned in both these areas. There is much more on offer now in the entertainment line, and I apologise that it was too low key whilst you were here. We do normally have nightly Shows on the Roof Stage, but unseasonally cool weather prevented this and it did take us time to come up with indoor alternatives. I now understand our seasonality better and will be more prepared, for example we have a Magician coming in soon, so that should be interesting. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write, and may I say that I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. I am glad that I was able to assist in a little way during your time with us, but disapointed that we did not talk again as I am sure I would have been able to have addressed the issues that were affecting you. I shall re look at our food offering after your comments. This is something we have been working very hard at over the past months and to be honest I thought that the New Years Eve Buffet was of a very good standard. In resopnse to your views on the price of wine by the bottle, I can sympathise a little as wine is generally expensive in Egypt and we do not carry a large selection. We do, however, have wine priced at around 20 pounds on our list and I am sorry that you felt this too expensive in our Hotel. If I remember correctly, I believe that I did actually buy the next round of drinks for you as you felt the price had not been full explained before the bottle was opened, and I am sorry that this incident has marred you stay with us. Dear Karen, Thank you for writing to Trip Advisor. I am delighted to see that you had a great time with us over the New Year Period. I shall pass on your thanks to the Beauty Salon and to all the guys that do, I know, work very hard in the Restaurant and Bars. Their hours, especially at festive times, can be long and it's nice to see their efforts recognised. I shall also take on board you comments regarding the Animation Team. I have in fact this week been working with them closely and we now have a lot more things happening around the hotel. We unfortunately had the rain, and an unseasonally cool period, which made our main outdoor stage on the roof a little hard to use during the evening. We have now created a stage in the Sports Bar and things are now back on track. Once again thank you for writing and I hope to welcome you back to Ramada Plaza when you next visit Sharm. I am also delighted to see that you found the hotel less able friendly, it is always hard to judge for any hotelier and your comments are very reassuring. In the future I hope to add specialised rooms as well to ensure complete comfort. Thank you also for you apreciation of the new free Tea and Coffee making facilities in the rooms, it really has been a hit with all the guests, especially for the Brits and that early cuppa. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write to Trip Advisor and post a review. It's also nice to see the first that I have personally received from Moscow. I am very pleased that you think us a good hotel and that you enjoyed the warmth of our sun and sea. The weather is still quite nice, even if it is now cooling down a little even for us. I am glad, to now be able to say, that as of 1st December we are now including Tea and Coffee in our Half Board packages and that dinner information will also be available at Reception as well as at the Restaurant. We have recently upgraded all our menus and the content of our Themed Nights is more readily accessable. I must admit, however, to be a little surprised about the comment regarding the stair access to one of our Pools. It is true that one is located on the roof, but with 3 lifts to access this, I had always hoped that stairs needed to only be used by personal preference.
