The front desk staff was not that helpful unless you were persistent and smiled a lot.
There was one younger female, at the front desk, who was there only once and was very helpful.
The staff for our dining, mostly breakfast, did a good job.
The hotel is in a great location in town and is also very well located for excursions into other areas of Tuscany. Don’t miss Alto Montecatini!
I was with a tour so I am not rating the hotel based on daily fees, since ours was based on a package price.
I'll will say once again this is a great town to stay in. I would definitely return to the area.
