The hotel is quite nice, although you pay for what you get for. There are quite a few swimming pools, which is good, and they are fairly quiet, so its easy to relax. The hotel is situated near local shops, restaurants etc. A quick tip: if you want to go on a tour, pop down to the harbour and book one independently. You get a much better price, and if you are able to book for just your family, then you get far more freedom as well.
On the downside, we chose to go half board, and it was a huge let down. The breakfast was poor, and the evening meal was not much better. There was no choice of evening meal, so if you didn't like the dish that was on offer that day, then tough luck! Yener, the owner of the bar, was friendly to you, as long as you were buying drinks and booking tours through him, but was rude (to the point where he ignored us one night!) when there were bigger parties of people or those who were not on half board (therefore, purchasing meals from the restaurant). So I strongly advise, do not go half board! There are plenty of great restaurants, with a wide variety of different meals on offer, near by, and they are all very reasonable price wise.
So overall, a nice holiday, but was let down by the half board option.

Brilliant place, brilliant people, brilliant holiday. The apartments are lovely, we were on the top floor and the apartment was lovely; spacious and clean.
The staff in the hotel were perfect. Very helpful without being intrusive, in particular, Yener the barman/top dog was a right laugh.
Resort was very quiet but that was nice as it was just what we were looking for. The only thing was the mosquitos but mother nature is to blame for that.
If you get chance to visit the Ozalp, go self-catering and get yourself to the great apartments.

The rooms are clean and have nice balconys, facilities are first class. Swimming pool is good- staff are so friendly and very helpful especially Abraham the manager.
This was our 3rd time in Dalyan and we hope to come back as soon as we can because we have found our bit of paradise.
Dalyan has the carette turtle who lay there eggs on the beach aptly named turtle beach, to get to the beach is a 45 minute sail down the beautiful dalyan river and past the tomb stones carved into the side of the beautiful mountains.
Yes Dalyan is certainly paradise.
