A lovely old stone farmhouse within a 5-minute drive of Bitez's beach & watersports. Mehmet Efe's grandfather built this charming farmhouse in 1927. Extensive pine forests used to surround the area, so much so that it was known as Balcilar or 'honey sellers'.
